The Priory Syningthwaite is surrounded by the stunning dramatic scenery of North Yorkshire with a beautiful blend of romance and enchantment for a magical day and evening.

We specialise in small and intimate events which are held in our Barn area and can accommodate up to 60-day guests. Or if you’re looking to hold a larger scale event for up to 150, you can hold your celebrations in a marquee. Either way, your special day will take over the entire place!

We are a family-run business, and we pride ourselves on being able to provide you with a personal and friendly service. We offer an extensive range of choices to fit every taste and budget, and we will always venture to tailor a package to suit you rather than tailor you to a package.

Our exclusive use option for your wedding allows you to quite literally take over the Barn and Cottages and make it your own for your celebrations. Enjoy your special day, followed by two blissful nights in the inviting luxury cottage. We will ensure your wedding day is memorable and unique for all the right reasons.
