That day was magical!
From the start we have been treated to the very best service, nothing was too much trouble.

All the small gestures from having the crusts cut from the flower girls ham sandwich to the last minute cream tea for the bridal party. To the larger issues of having unexpected accommodation requirements for several family members. These and many more items were dealt with grace and kindness. This resulted in providing us with one of the most memorable days of our lives.
The day was magical. Thank you.
I would like to thank all the staff but particularly Rob, the night chap, who was amazingly kind and professional, what a gem!
We are so very grateful to you all

fabulous day
We had our wedding at the Old Bell in April 2003, and it exceeded our expectations. The food outstanding and the service exceptional, from the moment we booked the Old Bell until the last guest had left, the planning and the day could not have been better.

This is a beautiful historic hotel in the lovely medieval town of Malmesbury on the edge if the Cotswolds
We attended a wedding in September at this hotel - the oldest in England dating back to 1220. The atmosphere is that of a country house -lovely furnishings, flowers and friendly staff. The wedding breakfast was fabulous and the presentation of the food cannot be faulted. We were a group of 25 - "second time around for the bride and groom and this was just the right sort of venue we were looking for - fine wine, food and lovely surroundings. The hotel does not offer music of the disco type - we had a harpist play during the meal and a classical trio prior to the ceremony. The bedrooms are beautifuly decorated - each one is individual. There were nannies on hand to look after the younger children and babies. WE will certainly be going back to The Old Bell for a weekend break.
