We wanted something different for our wedding and chose to get married on the HMS trincomelee, I can honestly say it was the most amazing wedding venue us or anyone our guests had been to. We got married in the captains cabin and also had the wedding breakfast here as it was a small wedding, from start to finish the staff were amazing and every detail of our special day was perfect. We had a cabin salute after the ceremony which no one had ever seen before. The food was spectacular and we couldn’t have asked for any more. There are some restrictions due to it being a working museum but nothing that effects anything important. We then had our reception the night after in the function room, again the staff, food and atmosphere was fabulous. I would definitely recommend this venue for anyone wanting an extra special wedding!Sent on 15/05/2018
