'I would like to congratulate the Randolph for making my daughter’s wedding a truly delightful and memorable day. At first I was hesitant in approaching the hotel as a prospective venue as my budget was extremely tight but I am so happy that I did. With help and advice from the events personnel the planning and day went off without a hitch. At every stage I received 100% excellent service from helpful, friendly, approachable staff and my recommendation would be highly commendable I would go on to mention that the menu selected for my budget was even more superb than I had imagined. I was extremely happy with it. The presentation was fabulous. The house champagne was excellent, the venue room over looking St Giles was lovely and bright and just the right size for the party. All in all I whole heartedly thank the staff at the Randolph for making the occasion a day to remember.'

Everything from arriving at the hotel to leaving after the tea dance in the afternoon ran like clockwork. We had a wonderful meal. The staff were very efficient but unobtrusive and a wonderful time was had by all.
