As Leeds Marriott is licensed for civil ceremonies you can host your entire day under one roof without the need to worry about travel. The Thomas Ambler Suite is a large function room featuring stunning chandeliers and two private bars in an adjoining room. This suite can accommodate up to 300 for a ceremony and 280 for a reception.

The light-filled, first floor Trevelyan Suite offers the perfect private and tranquil space for ceremonies of up to 100 guests and receptions of 90. While the modern Brodrick Suite is a great option for more intimate ceremonies with up to 60 guests.

Following on from your ceremony, you can head out onto Trevelyan Square, the ideal backdrop for your wedding photographs, before heading indoors for a sumptuous wedding breakfast.

From the earliest stages of planning, the dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator will be on hand to offer invaluable advice on the smooth running of the entire occasion. From choosing menu options to décor and timings, they will ensure that every aspect meets with your requirements. Yolande and I are totally overwhelmed by how well our wedding day went! I can’t thank you and Andrew enough for ensuing our day went just as we wanted. You went out of your way to ensure our requests were met and were very patient with our guest changes! Throughout our celebration preparations you filled us with complete confidence that everything would be perfect. You maintained a high level of communication from the start, which helped keep stress levels to a minimum!

After several months of planning and working together to deliver our dream wedding, I can honestly say you all feel like family! What an incredible day it was! We were so touched to see Charlotte and Annabel came to join the team on the day, even though Annabel had moved roles. It really did mean a lot to us that you were all there. To look out from the top table, see familiar faces and know that we were being looked after, was priceless and so important to us.

Chloe and Damian created a fantastic day for us and everything ran smoothly and flawlessly all day. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the hotel was and how amazing the staff were. Our day was perfect from start to finish! All the staff were friendly, helpful and made all our guests feel very welcome. The food (day, evening and breakfast) was great and plentiful. Bedrooms were fantastic and the comfy bed was a very welcome sight at 2am in the morning! Cannot fault and would highly recommend this venue.

I would give this venue top marks for everything. We had an absolutly outstanding wedding day which flowed smothley troughout the day due to the hard work, care and attention of the whole team. The day was comlpetly stress free thanks to the support and organisation of our wonderful wedding planner Chloe, who even help me get into my wedding dress on the day when my mum was struggling. The little touches made all the difference and i can definatly say Chloe made sure everything was above and beyond. We had complements all day from guest who were raving about the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet the food was unbelievable 'best they've ever had at a wedding.' I would reccommend this venue time and time again and we will definatly be back to celebrate our anniversaries!

Our wedding was 6th August 2011. Chloe & Damien were both fantastic and made us and our whole wedding party feel very special and important, everyone commented on how beautiful the room looked both for the ceremony and the wedding breakfast. Just such a beautiful day all round.

We had our wedding on 10th Sept 2011 at the Marriott and the whole day was just amazing. The venue itself is very stylish and modern and the room for the reception is big and airy. But the thing that really made our day so fantastic was the staff. Chloe (the wedding co-ordinator) was great from the off. She made us feel very welcome and let us have any idea we wanted for our day (she knows what i mean!) but also John the master of ceremonies and Dave the concierge were fantastic too. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic, the in-house DJ was fantastic and the wedding suite was fantastic too! Don’t be put off by the Marriott being a city venue as it totally comes in to its own, and Ben and I can’t wait to stay again for a 1 year anniversary!

We had a fantastic day and were constantly told by our guests, what a wonderful venue we had picked. The room was beautiful, the food was gorgeous. We had the wedding breakfast in the afternoon which everyone loved and the hot buffet at night was perfect. The staff were friendly and the whole day went ahead without a hiccup. Special thankyou to Chloe & John. We look forward to comin back to visit next year on our 1st anniversary.

we would just like to thank chloe and her team for making our day extra special,the room's were set out beautifully a minor hicup (seating)but it made the day better we would use the marriott again and again (outstanding).

It was a great lcoation and service, lots of pre help and assitance from the staff (esp Chloe) during the day, even accommodated a guest who was not invited to the wedding breakfast! On the day we did notice places cards not in the right position, but didn't really impact our enjoyment.

We chose this venue initially for its city centre location and the availability of the 18th June 2011. We had the most fantastic and amazing day. Chloe was very organised and helpful and nothng was too much trouble. We would also want to thank John for his attention to detail. We needed to change one of the guests meals to a vegetarian option right at the last minute and John saw to this for us with no problem. The whole day went without a hitch. The only thing we would say we were dissapointed in was at the night doo, only one bar was open when we had been promised two bars would be available exclusivley for our guests. Only having the one bar caused huge queues and frustrated guests. We actually stayed at the hotel for two nighs and felt like we were treated like royality the whole time we were there. The bridal suite was very luxurious!! Many thanks to Chloe and the team for making our day so special. xxx

We had our wedding in May 2011 & we honestly cannot thank the staff enough for all their help & support in the run up to the wedding.Chloe was amazing, her attention to detail was fanastic. A HUGE thankyou has to given to Damien as well, nothing at all was too much trouble for him & thanks to him the day ran without a hitch.I will always remember his little pep talk he gave me before my entrance & sitting myself & james down to have a drink & allow ourselves a moment to relax. We would also like to thank Chloe for the engraved cake knife which was presented to us the day before the wedding, it was truly touching and something we'll keep forever!
