We had a magical Christmas wedding on 23rd December in the great hall with the open fire lit. Our wedding experience with Jesmond Dent house was wonderful from planning to the big day itself. Our planner was amazing; nothing was ever a problem for her.
The food was second to none and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The only niggle from our experience was the chef who was incredibly unhelpful when we asked for something a little nicer than sorbet or fresh fruit for dessert for my lactose intolerant maid of honour. The manager did however make a personal apology to us later. Overall, I wouldn't have changed our venue for anything. We are spending our first wedding anniversary there for an overnight stay.

Fantastic service, the food was amazing. You definitely get what you pay for, if food is a priority at your wedding then this is the place to get married. Amazing beautiful surroundings with plenty of greenery. The wood on show in the main hall gave a real elegance and class to the wedding.

A few little minor mishaps. My favours were a bit mixed up, nothing major though. A complimentary bottle of champagne and card was waiting for us after the wedding in our room, a real nice touch. Overall, a fantastic wedding and all my guests seemed to agree.

We got married at Jesmond Dene House in February, and had the most amazing day. All the staff at Jesmond Dene House were amazing, from the first day we went to look around, to the big day itself. Nothing was too much trouble, and they really made it a stress-free time. The day itself ran so smoothly, the food was outstanding, the setting gorgeous, and our expectations were truely exceeded. I wouldn't hesititate in recommending Jesmond Dene House. Great location, brilliant venus, amazing staff, outstanding food. Loved it!
