Hale Chapel, located in the village of Hale Barns in Cheshire, is a charming and unique place to say 'I do'. You are welcome to write your own vows and invite those important people in your life to be involved in the ceremony.
We make no distinction between those who have previously been married, nor between those who have a particular faith or indeed no faith. Everyone is able to marry in this historic and beautiful place and will be met with a warm welcome.
Our minister Jeff will spend time with you in the weeks before your big day to ensure your service is a wonderful and relaxed occasion. The gardens surrounding the Chapel building are perfect for those group photos and you can enjoy your ‘confetti’ moment by the lych gate.
We are able to offer bell-ringing, an organ to accompany your service and floral decorations at an additional cost. Those who marry at Hale Chapel often tell us that the ceremony was the best moment of their day!
We can also host your wedding party after the ceremony in our Chapel Hall, just down the road from the main Chapel building. The Hall is perfect for a DIY wedding in a beautiful yet functional building that we can offer as dry hire. The Hall has a maximum occupancy of 60 people – or there are many other venues nearby to host your party after the ceremony.
Please get in touch to find out about availability and current rates. The Chapel is recognised as an official marriage venue.
