Gregynog Hall is peacefully situated within 750 acres of stunning estate land, and designated National Nature Reserve, in Newtown, Powys. This grade II listed wedding venue boasts an eclectic range of rooms and accommodation as well as magnificent grade I listed gardens and breathtaking views.
Fully licensed for civil ceremonies, Gregynog offers four historic rooms in which to say your vows; the magnificent Music Room seats up to 200, the Blayney Room with its fantastic 17thcentury oak carvings, the Art Deco styled Library and the Senior Common Room, ideal for more intimate celebrations.
Following your ceremony, you’re welcome to explore the extensive gardens as you enjoy a drink or two and capture your all-important wedding photographs, before moving indoors to enjoy your wedding breakfast.
The head chef at Gregynog has designed a sumptuous range of menus to suit even the most discerning couples. Drinks packages to complement your menu choices are also available, including cocktails and champagne.
While the venue offers packages to suit a variety of couples, they appreciate that each and every couple is different and they can offer flexible packages to meet your requirements. Whether you require a marquee on the lawn, an afternoon of croquet or a helicopter landing point, Gregynog can organise it for you, leaving you to simply relax and enjoy your special day!
The experienced wedding co-ordinators will work with you to ensure that all of the finer details are just as you require and that your day runs smoothly from start to finish.
At the end of the day, you and your guests are welcome to retire to the 57 bedrooms, with space for a further 6 guests in the Garden Cottage. Each room offers charm, character and comfort. If you wish to bring your dog along on your special day, there are also kennels allowing you to make them a part of your day.
