"Mark and I wanted to send a massive thank you to you, Ella, in helping us plan our wedding; nothing was too much trouble, everything had the can do attitude and you were just great to work with.

Despite the original plan to be outside, it never made any difference to the fantastic day we had inside. The décor and room set up looked fantastic and exceeded my expectations, nothing was too much trouble for your team, everyone was calm, but with giving me the guarantee it was all in control.

Extra special thanks go to Rebecca, the lady who was leading the whole event, she is a woman who gets things done and shows real calm, positive leadership and you could see her team were all on board. She checked-in with me to ensure timings of things, she also reminded me that we were due to give a speech, but it was subtle and she got things moving along – fantastic!

Brilliant day. Michael ensured everything went to plan, he was really helpful all day. Ella has been the most helpful and supportive wedding co-ordinator we could have asked for. She made organising our wedding so easy. She was always accessible by email or phone through the whole year that we worked with her and nothing was too much effort. I cannot thank Ella enough for the support she has given us leading up to and on our big day, she is a credit to Bowood and I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family. "The staff at the venue were fantastic. The venue was perfect, nothing was to much trouble at all during the planning stage or on the day. The organisation was amazing and the staff look after all details on the day to help the smooth running of your wedding. Ella Lee has been amazing from the first meeting, we were blown away by the organisation, support and patience, especially as there was a short amount of time to organise everything. Even though Ella wasn't able to attend our wedding day, Gemma and Michael were amazing. The greeting on arrival was 5 star. The whole team were on hand and ready to help. Throughout the day all the staff were outstanding, helpful, friendly and welcoming to all guests. They went above and beyond to make sure it all ran smoothly. The food was of the highest quality and every table commented on how good the food was and how it catered for all guests. People, weeks after the wedding, were still talking about how much they enjoyed the food. Excellent options to choose from for all guests, allergies and dietary requirements were no problem and excellent. Bowood is a stunning location and has great views over the golf course and onto acres of stunning land. The venue is a great size and can cater for large or small wedding parties. The wedding was great value for money, you revive so much for your money from service, venue, staff and food. We wouldn't change anything about the day, it was perfect and all our guests loved it! It really couldn't have gone better and was the best day of our lives. Thank you for everything, it is a day we will always look back on with the best memories."

Our day was excellent, the staff were very attentive but not in your face, which made our day extra special. We found Ella to be professional and helpful in all respects. We would recommend her services to anyone. The maser off ceremonies was attentive and always on hand to help when needed. All the staff were excellent and helpful. The food was perfect and all guests enjoyed their meals. We would recommend the venue to anyone. We got good value and a lot more than we expected

Outstanding day, everything we wanted. Ella was fantastic – couldn’t have done anything more for our big day. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Food was brilliant and served perfectly. Amazing venue, very clean and crisp. Felt very open and to a very high standard. Everything was perfect, nothing needed to be done by us on the day. Ella lee was an amazing Wedding Co-ordinator and Michael, who was with us all day, couldn’t of been any more helpful and attentive.

Our day was very smooth and just as requested, Our Wedding Co-ordinator was very friendly and listened to every request, a pleasure to deal with. Wonderful tentative staff throughout, didn't need to ask for anything. The food was perfectly cooked with wonderful presentation and fresh quality ingredients. Many guests commented on the meal being outstanding. Excellent space and beautiful setting.

Ed and I had such a fantastic wedding yesterday. It was absolutely perfect. We just wanted to write to you before we go away later today to let you know how thrilled we were with it all. Arno was brilliant and so were the chaps who were serving us drinks and the meal. The food was perfectly cooked and extremely good. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.
