Welcome to Bennetts Willow Barn – a rustic, family-run venue just outside Worcester that’s all about good vibes, great food, and unforgettable celebrations. Whether you’re dreaming of a barefoot festival wedding, a cosy winter do, or a weekend-long countryside party, our farm is the perfect spot to make it happen.
Set on our working dairy farm, Bennetts Willow Barn is bursting with rustic charm and relaxed country style.
Say your “I do’s” under the open sky or in one of our beautiful nooks – then feast and party the night away in our yurt marquee (April–October) or our cosy barn, which twinkles with fairy lights all year round.
Outside, you’ll find our garden games, festoon lights, a fire pit, and even space for a bouncy castle or rodeo bull if that’s your vibe! Dogs & kids are more than welcome, and we’ll even hand you the marshmallows for toasting as the sun goes down.
Make a Weekend of It
Why let the fun end too soon? Keep the celebrations rolling with on-site glamping at Worcester Glamping, just a short stroll away on the farm. Picture your guests relaxing in handmade yurts, waking up to birdsong and farm views – it’s the perfect countryside escape to round off your wedding weekend.

From start to finish nothing was too much for Charlotte, Stef and the rest of team.
A massive thank you to Charlotte who just went above and beyond for us from wedding meetings prior to the wedding and on the day making sure everything was in line.
The venue itself was everything we wanted and more. It truly is a hidden gem. The food was just top notch and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! We had a few different allergies and they catered brilliantly for it!
Everyone still talks about how amazing the day was, especially the venue and team. The best part is there is a cafe on site and regular themed activities meaning we can go back and enjoy the venue all over again.
If you’re thinking about getting married at Bennett’s willow barn do it because you won’t regret it!

Shake off the winter chill and join us on the farm for our cosy Winter Wedding Fairs! If you’re dreaming of a fun, relaxed, festival-style celebration, this is the perfect chance to explore our rustic barn space and chat to the lovely people who help bring our weddings to life. Our yurt marquee and log-walled garden take a little winter snooze at this time of year, so the fairs will be held inside our beautifully decorated barn only. But i’s the ideal spot to picture your big day and meet our friendly team, along with a handpicked selection of fabulous local suppliers we adore working with.
Kids and dogs are absolutely welcome — we’re a family-friendly farm, after all!
Make a Day of It Our Farm Café will be open as normal from 9:30am to 3:30pm, serving hearty cooked breakfasts, homemade cakes and comforting afternoon teas. Treat yourself before or after the fair and enjoy a relaxed wander around the farm. You can book a table via our main website here.

Meet the team
I am Stef Bennett & I am the original Bennetts Willow Barn bride! My farmer husband Tristan built our yurt marquee for our own wedding back in 2016, and we have loved hosting other fun loving couple's weddings ever since!
