We hired Flavia to be the toastmaster for our wedding reception and she was brilliant. She was there early to meet the staff at the venue and get familiar with the layout and once we all arrived she managed the order of events expertly.

She was instrumental in how smooth the day went and dealt with any small issues (without us even knowing!). It took a lot of stress out of the day knowing that she was on top of everything.

Post-wedding we've had multiple people comment on the great job she did and how orderly everything was. She was professional, polite and was able to command the room when needed without being overbearing.

Not only did you make everyone feel cared for and special, but you also made the day flow effortlessly by displaying excellent qualities as a toastmaster: poise, a sense of humour and confidence. From the moment I contacted Flavia, she worked with me to ensure that everything was set up correctly and the guests were in the right place at the right time. She provided guidance on the formal wedding speeches required so that the speakers could do rehearsals, get feedback and make adjustments to their presentations. Flavia also suggested that the toasts were done with wine, in particular champagne and on the day she proposed toasts at the right time, calling upon everyone to fill their glasses which provided a delightful atmosphere. I was thrilled to see that my guests were wined, dined, and entertained by this spectacular toastmaster. And her red tailcoat added to the grandness of getting married!

(Almost) every bride's nightmare happened on the day as just as the ceremony started there was a thunderous racket - later we learned a guest had fallen down the stairs (they were fine incidentally save from hurt pride) but at the time we thought it was a reckoning of the gods. Flavia controlled the situation and made sure that we were able to proceed without fuss. I don't know what we would have done without her. She added a touch of class and elegance to the day and it wasn't an easy task we gave her as we had a lot going on throughout the day (guest calamity aside).
