Lovely concept, but disappointing experience
Polly was polite and apologetic when she did reply, but there were long gaps between messages and no follow-up on my refund request, which left things unresolved. A shame really, as the concept and craftsmanship are nice, but the experience could have been handled with much better communication and accountability.
