Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, we are covered for up to £10 million. If the venue or vicar would like us to send them a copy, we would be happy to oblige.
What happens on the day?
We like to arrive around 45 minutes to one hour before the ceremony. This allows us time to talk to everyone we need to see without giving away the surprise! We will always speak to Vicar/Registrar, Wedding Co-ordinator, Photographer, and the person receiving the rings. Once we have done that, we will wait until everyone is in the room and quickly set up our Barn Owl. We like to speak to the Vicar/Registrar so that they can give us some signal for when it's time for the rings. Then it's easy. The Owl will fly down to the best man/whoever is receiving the rings, detach the rings and then we will be outside for photos!
What happens if the bird poos?
The birds will not poo when in flight. If an accident does happen when having photos taken, we will try to clean up as quickly as possible! We always carry wet wipes, no matter where we go.
