  Couldn’t have asked for a better planner/coordinator

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sarah! We hired her just two months before the wedding and within that short timeframe, she managed to find us such amazing suppliers and helped us plan out our wedding!
  
  Her attention to detail, creativity, and impeccable organisation made our special day truly unforgettable. From the initial planning stages to the flawless execution on the big day, she went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism and genuine care for our vision made the entire process enjoyable. I can't thank Sarah enough for turning our dream wedding into a reality!

  Exceptional On-the-Day Coordination - Thanks Sarah!

  I started speaking to Sarah about 20 months before our wedding. We must have gone though 300+ emails back and forth and it never showed that she was sick of me. My fiancé and father in law were not too keen on hiring an on the day coordinator as they thought it would be a waste of money but Sarah was worth her weight in gold and both said how amazing she was on the day and kept everything together which would not have been possible without Sarah.
  She 100% excelled all my exceptions and was so brilliant on the day that I feel like I cannot sing her praises enough.
  
  From the moment she stepped in, Sarah demonstrated her professionalism, expertise, and genuine dedication to making our special day perfect. She took the time to thoroughly understand our vision, preferences, and the specific details of our wedding. We worked together to create a timeline and itinerary to work though on the day which helped me feel less anxious.
  
  One of Sarah's greatest strengths is her ability to handle any situation with grace and calmness. Things were thrown at her that we did not expect and Sarah went over and beyond the call of duty to sort those issues out and owned it until the problems were resolved. I felt relaxed that I knew Sarah was in control which is a first for me in any instance.
  
  Sarah's interpersonal skills are great and she possesses a warm and friendly demeanor that instantly put us at ease. She effortlessly managed the various vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among them. We had trouble with our photographer working very slowly and she kept on him to make sure we stuck as close to our timeline that we could. Without her, we would probably still be taking photos today 😂
  
  Beyond her technical and professional expertise, I felt that Sarah genuinely cared about our happiness and well-being. She consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and preferences. Her infectious enthusiasm and positive energy were truly invaluable and made the entire experience enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.
  
  Sarah's presence on our wedding day was a true gift. Her professionalism, exceptional organizational skills, and unwavering commitment to our happiness were apparent in every interaction leading up to our wedding day.
  
  If you're looking for an on-the-day coordinator then I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah.

  Couldn’t have done it without her!

  Sarah was an absolute god send in our wedding preparation process. Neither myself or my now husband are very organised people. We were really struggling in the run up to our wedding. You really don’t realise how much there is to do until you actually start the process! We reached out to Sarah and she immediately put us at ease. She went above and beyond and was there whenever we needed her. Even at ridiculous hours on a Sunday night when we had a panic! She kept us in the loop at all points and the quotes she got for us were fantastic. We know she saved us a lot of money! On the day of the wedding she took over any last minute situations that arose and enabled our day to run so smoothly. We had the best day of our lives and a lot of that was to do with her. Thank you so much Sarah!!! ❤️

  Amazing Roarsome

  Sarah was amazing and save me from a wedding that could have gone horribly wrong. When I was let down by my venue Sarah was able to save the day from setting up the venue, making it look amazing to actually delivering an absolute cracker of a ceremony. Sarah also created a few bits that I needed for decorations. Would highly recommend for any event.

  Sarah helped and sorted us out a photographer
  For our wedding photos. Sarah was so friendly & professional and sent us over a few options to choose from which was all such incredible
  Packages and it was such a great deal! Our photos were perfect, thank you so much Sarah! Would highly recommend Sarah’s services as she has great knowledge and is amazing at what she does

  Yes. I would highly recommend Sarah at The Bespoke Planner. She communicated with us at every element of planning our event and listened to exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too big or too small as she paid attention to every detail.
