Seamlessly perfect day!!
We cannot thank Jen enough for being such a big part of our big day. She was very professional and had everything planned to perfection (more than I could have ever dreamed) She was also super fun, organised and became a friend throughout which really put me and my husband at ease in the planning madness! We had our wedding during Covid in Italy and then we had our dream wedding with all our family 2 years later! Jen was amazing planning our Italian wedding, that we knew we had to have her again for our wedding party in 2022 - we felt so lucky to have met her! I would recommend spicy pumpkin in a heartbeat - it was really like having a fairy godmother! Xx -

Jen was fantastic, she took the weight off our shoulders and never said no to all our crazy requests. Nothing was too small or too big to ask her and she became a friend in the end. I would highly recommend you use her if you're looking for a planner who will guide you and always turn up with a smile on her face -

Dream Wedding
Jen is the planner you didn’t know you needed ! From the day of meeting her we instantly clicked and my husband and I knew in good hands! Her professionalism, honesty and humble attitude to helping plan our dream day was exactly what let us fall in love with her helping bring my day to life! Jen shared her wealth of knowledge and experience to turn our dreams into reality, making it a day that our friends and family still speak about to this day! She was always on the end of the phone or email whenever needed, ready and raring to help where she could! I couldn’t recommend her enough! -

When my now-husband and I were hunting for an unique and out-of-the-ordinary venue for our wedding, we knew that it was going to be a challenge as we hoped to get married in May 2021, right in the middle of the UK National COVID lockdown.
From the very first telephone call with Jen Irwin, Kimpton Fitzroy London’s Commercial Manager at the time, who eventually oversaw all of our wedding planning – and who we are now so lucky to call our special friend – I immediately loved her enthusiastic and positive energy. Jen invited us for a tour of the hotel and we fell head-over-heels in love with the venue, and with Jen, straightaway!
Jen not only single-handedly managed our big day, effortless and elegantly, no detail was too big or small for her. One of my oldest friends Abi, stayed with me the night before the wedding and Jen thoughtfully arranged the most decadent and spacious corner suite for us. We arrived at the suite to find that Jen had handwritten a lovely note with a chilled bottle of champagne ready for us.
Our wedding day was beyond anything I could have imagined and that is all down to the loving and caring way Jen and her staff made us feel like royalty on our big day. Jen, an absolute professional who has been in the business of weddings for nearly twenty years, made us feel totally cared for, guided and assured throughout. From the way Jen made the effort to dress to match our colour scheme to the way she fluffed my veil just before I walked down the aisle to the way she escorted me round the secret way so that I could have a longer and impactful walk down the aisle, truly made the day even more special. Her attention to detail, positive energy and genuine attentiveness is something we will always be grateful for.
We are still pinching ourselves that we had the privilege to get married in our dream wedding venue but we will be eternally grateful to Jen for everything she had done, way and above, to make our big day so extraordinary. We love you, Jen!

I was so excited to plan my wedding but quickly got overwhelmed at the amount there was to do and so much choice! I had an idea of what I wanted but didn't know where to start. Jen from Spicy Pumpkin made everything so easy and broke it all down into manageable (and enjoyable!) chunks, shortlisting us venues to see, recommending suppliers and sharing hints and tips that we never would have thought of. You often hear people say that it was better that they could have imagined, but for us it was even more than that, and it was all down to Jen. Having her there on the day meant I could completely relax knowing everything was safe in her hands. Her bubbly and super-friendly but always professional approach was so welcome by everyone and she has become a friend to the whole family. I found out after our wedding that my bouquet hadn't been delivered and the one I had was actually made up on the day from spare flowers! I had no idea as Jen quickly and subtly dealt with it and saved me stressing for no reason (it was the one supplier I used that Jen hadn't recommended...lesson learnt!) Having a wedding planner may feel like a luxury but it was worth every penny and you'll soon realise is a necessity! -

Spicy Pumpkin made my dream wedding come to life. I had no idea how much work planning a wedding can be. Jen at Spicy Pumpkin made sure we considered every element that would made our day perfect including helping us find the best videographer. The video of our special day is the gift that keeps giving bringing the day back to life every year with our annual anniversary viewing. She helped us navigate what was worth budgeting for and what we wouldn’t miss if we cut it out. She understands the deeply personal nature of a wedding and helped us create something uniquely ours. I recommend Spicy Pumpkin highly for wedding and all special events. -
