We worked with Jess as our wedding coordinator for our recent wedding weekend at Wilde Lodge.
From the moment we met Jess, we felt at ease with her relaxed style alongside a professional approach. Jess provided the perfect balance of being there for us when we needed guidance and support with coordination and planning, from offering advice on fabulous vendors to suggesting great ideas. but allowing us space to plan our own unique wedding!
Jess was there for us whenever we needed during the wedding planning and throughout our wedding weekend which was the most amazing and perfect weekend of celebration; it would not have been the same without having you alongside us Jess. Thanks so much for helping us create forever cherished memories. -

Words can’t describe how incredibly thoughtful, kind and helpful Jess was throughout the planning process, but it was on the weekend itself that Jess really morphed into superwoman! During our wedding weekend, a couple of teeny little unforeseeable things went wrong but Jess fixed an every single one of them, from a wasp infestation to a catering mishap and me losing my vows! Jess truly had an answer and a solution to everything and made our day PERFECT. She is the kindest and loveliest person you could ever meet, all of our friends and family adored her - she was a complete joy and I will genuinely miss having catch up calls with her! Also incredible attention to detail and so proactive, just going above and beyond to ensure the couple have the best day imaginable. Could not recommend her more. -

Jess our wedding coordinator was truly exceptional, with regular video calls from 12 months out, we were supported and gently guided through the whole wedding process. Jess was always on hand for any queries we had in the build up, her organised and proactive approach ensured every detail was accounted for in her planning.
On the weekend itself Jess worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make things feel seamless. The day before our wedding she led her team and ensured all preparations were made and decor was in place, from flower arranging to our dining table setup, nothing was too much trouble.
Our guests were welcomed throughout the weekend by Jess and many of our guests commented on how warm and friendly she had been but also how meticulous at running things and handling queries in the background for us.
She already had a good rapport with many of our vendors and built up a good relationship with those that were new, managing communications with them directly for us. For instance, our photographer was already pre-briefed on our plans for the day by Jess, before we even met with him.
She’s so passionate about her work and making sure your whole experience is personal and tailored. We were so lucky to have Jess as our wedding coordinator and can’t recommend her enough! -

Jess is an unbelievably passionate wedding planner and her love for the job is clear from the moment you meet her. She laughed when we laughed, cried when we cried and got excited with us which really supercharged the day.
We can’t stress enough what a safe pair of hands Jess is. Every detail was accounted for and at any point in the day you could look around and find Jess ready for anything you might need. She was efficient and calm, ran her team like a dream and handled absolutely everything so we could get the most out of our day - we honestly didn’t have to think about a thing on the day as everything from seeing suppliers in and moving guests around, to organising the perfect confetti line and setting up evening food was handled by Jess and her team. If there were any problems, we didn’t know about them, which is the sign of an excellent wedding planner.
Jess has the knowledge of having organised countless weddings but brings the excitement and enthusiasm of somebody at their first wedding of the year. Not only did we think she was fantastic but you could see from her team (who adored her) that she was amazing to work with. Our guests commented on how fabulous, organised and friendly she was too.
Jess is a fountain of wedding knowledge. In the lead up she was on hand to answer any questions, talked us through our day, and gave invaluable suggestions to help make the day smooth and flawless. We always looked forward to our scheduled calls to talk through and plan the day, as well as getting us so excited for it all.
If we had one piece of advice for anyone getting married, it would be to work with Jess. It will allow you to relax and enjoy every part of your wedding from planning through to the partying!
