Holly was our wedding co-ordinator at Mapperton house and gardens, back in July 2024, she is very organised, professional, kind, and she thought of all the minor details that we may have overlooked without her help and expertise. We would highly recommend Holly when looking for a wedding planner. -

Holly our wedding co-ordinator at Mapperton was incredible, so kind and understanding.
No question was too big and she helped us quickly on any wedding advice / help that we needed. We really appreciated her being there through anything that we needed, she was amazing on the day and it all ran smoothly which was completely all her hard work but she was also incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding day too.
She helped so much & we truly appreciate her!
She really understood our vision. Highly recommend working with Holly to make the best wedding day EVER!!! :) -

I cannot recommend Holly enough. She is such an expert and made the whole experience of planning the wedding so lovely and stress free. She has done so many weddings that she was able to bring all her expertise in terms of best timings, running order etc to make our day as smooth as possible.
She worked tirelessly (and invisibly!) in the background on the day making sure everything ran to plan. Any hiccups she dealt with and my husband and I were blissfully unaware.
She is also just a happy, warm and lovely person who is a pleasure to have around on your special day.
I could do with Holly organising every aspect of my life to be honest, as reflected in the fact it has taken me 6 months to write this review!

Holly was wonderful and from the very beginning, we felt we were in safe hands. Holly is very profession and was always very responsive when we had questions, giving great advice when we weren't sure about certain details. She is an incredibly organised person and made the process so easy. We loved our meetings with Holly - we always left the meetings feeling reassured! On our wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly so that we didn't have to worry about anything. Words can't express how grateful I was to work with someone like Holly! Holly is a great person - she's great fun and she really cares, and that shows in her attention to detail and commitment to make sure your best day is the best. When we found Holly, we knew she was the only person we wanted to plan our special day! It was clear from the outset that every wedding for Holly was unique and she really took the time to get to know us as a couple and get to know our vision for the day. Nothing was too big an ask for Holly, whatever your dreams for the day she will make it happen.
One of the advantages of having an amazing wedding planner is that they often think of things that you may not have considered. With Holly she was so amazing at pointing us in the right direction in terms of considering logistics or introducing us to incredible suppliers that she knows we can rely on. When it came to the wedding weekend itself Holly was beyond perfect in making sure our day ran seamlessly and advocating for our vision with suppliers to make sure plans didn't deviate.
With Holly helping to plan your wedding you will be able to focus on the things that matter and enjoy the process. We both loved our meetings with Holly and it helped us to get excited in the countdown to the big day. She will take your ideas and run with them - becoming your biggest cheerleader along the way. A perfect example of this is when we spoke about how we wanted a club style entrance to our evening reception and cake cutting, something Holly coordinated perfectly (see the photos for yourself!).

Holly was the wedding planner we didn't know we needed! She calmly steered us through the unknown during the planning, helping with complete professionalism at a particularly tricky hiccup and then on the day she was utterly fantastic. You simultaneously didn't realise she was there, but she was also always there. Particular skill being handing out the champagne to us regularly. She was no nonsense with our suppliers, proactive in her communication and really switched on. I couldn't recommend her more highly. -

The best of the best!
We cannot thank Holly enough for making our day perfect! From start to finish, she was incredible and one of the reasons we chose the venue.
She is amazing at what she does and makes you feel relaxed during a stressful time! -

I can honestly not give Holly enough praise. From the moment we meet we felt welcomed and understood in what we wanted to achieve for our day.
Nothing was too much trouble and Holly went beyond our expectations.
Communication was perfect, we were in constant talks with the lead up to the wedding. The week of the wedding Holly was just incredible with anything that came up or needed organising. The stress was totally taken away from us.
Coordination on the day was spot on, had a little blip with guests late arrival but Holly kept everything calm and running smoothly.
Holly wasn’t just our coordinator, she became a key part to our day. We have gained a friend.
We will forever be grateful for the day you created for us. Thank you Holly 🤍 -

Holly was an absolute star from start to finish. Throughout the planning process, she took our scattered ideas and effortlessly crafted the perfect timeline. Her enthusiasm and expertise shone through, and her thoughtful suggestions made all the difference. Holly made us feel comfortable asking any question, no matter how small, and never once made us feel silly—her knowledge of the wedding industry is unmatched.
In the lead-up to the big day, she was hands-on and proactive. During the prep day, Holly managed deliveries, coordinated vendors, and even took on tasks so we could relax and enjoy our evening without feeling rushed. We truly appreciated her support and dedication.
On the wedding day itself, Holly orchestrated everything flawlessly. Nothing went wrong, and if there were any small issues, she handled them swiftly, ensuring the day ran smoothly without needing our involvement. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor made all the difference.
Holly genuinely felt like a friend throughout this journey. We cannot recommend her enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect.
