    The Dream Team! Exceptional from Start to Finish

    From the outset, we knew we needed a full-service wedding planner — especially as we were hosting a two-day celebration blending Indian and English traditions, with guests travelling from all over the world. The level of coordination required was significant, and choosing the right planning team was essential.

    After speaking with a few wedding planners, it became immediately clear that Holly and Rebecca were fantastic. From our very first conversation, they struck the perfect balance between warmth and professionalism. It felt like speaking with friends who also happened to be incredibly knowledgeable, organised, and completely on top of every detail. We had total confidence in them from day one.

    Throughout the entire planning journey, they were nothing short of brilliant. They guided us through the venue search (including doing initial venues visits on our behalf), helped us refine and select the perfect suppliers, and most importantly, truly listened to our vision and brought it to life. They created our wedding website, managed the RSVP process seamlessly, handled all supplier communication, and ensured everything stayed on track at every stage. Their responsiveness was unparalleled, they were always calm and reassuring, and they consistently offered honest, thoughtful advice that we valued enormously.

    Over the wedding weekend itself, Holly and Rebecca went far beyond anything we could have imagined. They were everywhere, ensuring every moment ran flawlessly and on time. Countless details were handled quietly behind the scenes, allowing us to completely relax and be fully present throughout our celebrations. Knowing they were there meant we didn’t worry about a single thing. Working with them was an absolute joy, and we’ll genuinely miss our daily WhatsApp messages.

    We cannot recommend Holly and Rebecca highly enough. They didn’t just plan our wedding — they elevated the entire experience, and we are endlessly grateful for everything they did to make our wedding weekend so unforgettable.

    10/10 would recommend!

    Holly was absolutely incredible! We weren’t sure how planning a wedding the UK from the US would be, but it was seamless! We had a few calls with Holly to pass along the vendors we had selected, and cast our vision for the day. She was easy to work with, personable and professional. She set the wedding breakfast table for us, and we were absolutely blown away. The day went so smoothly because of her and her help. Couldn’t have done it without her and everything was better than we expected!

    Rebecca is Amazing!

    We booked Milton End Barn for our July wedding and Rebecca was our coordinator.

    In the 18 months lead up to the wedding day, Rebecca checked in regularly. She was very responsive and would offered lots of advice/suggestions when needed. Her industry knowledge is fantastic and she was so helpful in finding suppliers which would fit with our theme/ budget / feel of the day. Rebecca was also very reassuring- something that is often needed through the planning process!

    I’m usually quite a stress head- but on our wedding weekend I don’t think I’ve ever felt so calm. We knew that Rebecca had us supported and if anything was to go askew we’d probably never know (or more likely Rebecca would have sorted it before it became an issue!).

    Rebecca is very warm and kind, and although had worked with a lot of our supplier had not worked with our photographer beforehand. One of the first things our photographer said to us was how welcomed she felt by Milton End and Rebecca- a true testament to her character!

    We had the best wedding we could have dreamt of and have Rebecca to thank for that. I don’t think any praise is high enough! Thank you Rebecca x

    Excellent on-the-day coordination!

    We were lucky enough to have both Holly and Rebecca as our on-the-day wedding coordinators for our recent wedding in Oxford. My now husband and I were planning the wedding from Boston and Paris and there were a lot of moving parts to coordinate from abroad -- multiple venues, all our guests coming from out of town, and a morning ceremony which meant we didn't have much time on the day to prepare things. Everything went off without a hitch, though, and we are so glad we worked with Holly and Rebecca!! Their communication was excellent, and they quickly responded to my many emails and questions in the lead up to the event. On the day, they helpfully ran point with all our vendors and covered set up at our ceremony and reception venues. They even helped me carry my train around Oxford as we took photos and helped me into my reception dress! We highly recommend them - they put us both at ease and allowed us to just enjoy our day!

    The most perfect day!

    Holly coordinated our wedding at Pauntley Court and was an absolute godsend both in the run up to our wedding and on the day. Not only did she ensure that everything ran like clockwork, but she created the perfect setting for us and really brought our vision to life. Her attention to detail was second to none and we were all blown away with how beautiful everything looked! We are so appreciative of the time and effort that Holly put in to making everything so perfect and the day simply just wouldn’t have been possible without her. Thank you so much Holly! xx

    Look no further, incredible wedding venue!

    We recently had our wedding at Milton End Barns, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The whole process felt completely stress-free, and we cannot speak highly enough about the team. Rebecca, our wedding planner, was nothing short of amazing. From day one, she was there to answer any and all questions, offering support, recommending top-notch suppliers, and guiding us through every step of the planning process. She truly went above and beyond, making us feel at ease every step of the way.

    On the day, the relaxed vibe of the venue really shone through. All of our guests commented on how personal and unique the wedding felt, and many have said it’s the best venue and wedding they’ve ever been to. We owe that to the incredible atmosphere created by Rebecca, Kate, and the entire team, who were so warm and accommodating.

    The space itself is absolutely stunning! The barns provide such a beautiful, rustic setting for both the ceremony and reception, and the outdoor areas are a wonderful extension of the main barn, offering the perfect backdrop for photos and mingling. The on-site accommodation is also a huge bonus—luxurious and so convenient for guests staying over.

    If you're looking for a wedding venue that combines stunning beauty, a relaxed atmosphere, and top-tier service, we couldn’t recommend Milton End Barns enough! It truly made our day unforgettable.

    An amazing experience working with a true professional who goes above and beyond!

    We couldn’t recommend Holly enough, she goes above and beyond in what she does for you in all stages of your wedding preparations and day. She was always on hand with helpful tips in the planning stages all the way up to the actual day and even afterwards. She is the ultimate professional and takes great pride in her work. She has fantastic contacts with local suppliers which really helped when getting things booked in the planning stages. This was also great on the day of the wedding as she had already worked with the majority of our suppliers previously so this was reassuring in knowing things would run smoothly on the day. A particular moment that stands out as a way in which she goes above and beyond, was when she came to our rehearsal at the church and we realised that some paperwork from the council was missing. She completely took over, taking the stress away from us and even drove to Stroud to collect this for us (all on a Friday evening as well!) allowing us to go to the pub with our friends who had travelled down to be with us for the day.
    She is a total star and we couldn’t recommend her enough to newly engaged couples planning their wedding.

    Professional, experienced & friendly

    Holly was fantastic. All her experience eased any concerns we has on the build up to our wedding day. She oversaw the arrival of different caterers, entertainers and the band. This left us with no stress on the day and we could just enjoy our day! The best thing i can say was that it felt like we had a friend at our wedding helping out! I would say getting her involved was the best money spent. Thank you holly for making our day perfect! Xxx

    I could not recommend Holly enough, it was great to have a Wedding expert in our corner whilst we tried to navigate the art of planning an at home marquee wedding! Holly's knowledge, advice and contacts were so helpful throughout the whole process. We had the best day and it would not have been the same without Holly's help. Thank you so much again!

    A Bride and Groom’s Best Friend

    Where do we start!? We were fortunate enough to have Holly included as our coordinator for our wedding at Milton End Farm and we are so glad we did! Holly is full of knowledge and wisdom about every aspect of weddings and she gave us so many helpful tips and advice, both on the day itself and throughout the planning process (including advising me on the best way to get my voice back after I lost it on the morning of the wedding!)

    Having her on hand on our wedding day made everything feel so easy and run so smoothly, and it just felt like we had a friend there to help us as we got on with her so well. She took care of all the little details, was really adaptable when our timings didn’t quite go to plan, and she also worked really well with our photographers and videographer despite never meeting them before - it just felt like they were all one team and we felt secure knowing that Holly had our backs.

    The day before the wedding and the days after, Holly was always on hand to answer queries instantly and we still felt like she was there to support us even when she wasn’t there physically.

    The day after the wedding, she surprised us by sending through all of the behind-the-scenes videos and photos she’d taken on the day without us knowing. I think that pretty much sums her up really - she was right there in thick of things all day long, but she was able to blend into the background so seamlessly that she was never in the way.

    We really couldn’t recommend her enough and are so grateful she was such a big part of our perfect day!
