  Working with Shola and the Aphek team to coordinate my wedding was a delightful experience! It was such a smooth process and I commend Shola for being so responsive in meeting my needs, answering my questions and managing things so well. In addition to this, she was also very supportive, caring and provided me with options and solutions. All in all, I want to thank the entire team for helping me pull off one of the best days of my life!

  Stress-Free!

  Where do we begin?! First and foremost, anyone planning their wedding knows how nerve wracking making it all come together can feel. I was committed to planning, but really wanted to be able to pass it over for the big day. Shola and her team was THE BEST investment we made! She is super responsive, but not in an overbearing way. She also was very flexible with coordinating everything we needed and did a fantastic job at matching the vibe we wanted and ensuring she knew what mattered most to us, while also giving her professional opinion!! Trust me - it’s so helpful having someone that knows and can suggest ideas that will actually bring your vision to life. Our wedding would not have been the spectacle it turned out to be without her team and their tireless efforts. She went well beyond her duties in making this wedding so amazing and we’re very grateful. They are so down to earth and truly there for you as a couple. It was more than seen and appreciated by not just us, but also by our entire bridal party and family. The suppliers she recommended were truly fantastic. What else can we say except thank you Aphek events and we will definitely recommend you to all and book you again in 25 years if you expand into anniversaries too!!

  Honestly from the bottom of our hearts we’d like to thank you for helping us make our day the movie that it was 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️
  We literally had the best day! All our guests loved it, people even want us to reload the day 😂
  
  We appreciate all the hard work from your team from the moment you stepped in until the big day. Thank you for going above and beyond to help us with our vendors and sorting out the things we didn’t notice, for assuring us the day would run smoothly regardless of the issues we were facing.
  
  On the day the team were amazing! Although Hugo and I realised some things weren’t going according schedule due to time etc. The team changed things around to make sure we managed to do everything we wanted plus have more than enough time to party 🥹😭❤️.

  Intricately organised

  APHEK Events coordinators were great and truly embodied a servant-like, calming posture.
  In particular, we are pleased that there were lead coordinators for both the groom and bride.
  The organisation was intricate!
  Coordinators used initiative to keep the flow of the day aligned with the programme.
  Our guest's feedback was pleasant, as the key response was that the day was very organised, and everyone felt attended to.

  Top notch service!

  Myself and my Husband would like to thank Aphek for coordinating our wedding. Everything was so smooth and professional. They did not just take on the role of co-ordinating but they went over and above to ensure our wedding was perfect. All of our guests could not stop telling us how organised our wedding was.   Amazing & Reliable!!

  When we think back to our wedding day, one thing we’ll never forget is the coordination of the day and the coordinators, they were professional, kind, reassuring, they put our happiness first and when ever an issue arrived before we found out they had already resolved it.
  All the support we needed on the day whether it was emotionally or physically we got and it even exceeded our expectations!
  I can’t recommend them enough, every single member of the team added so much value to our big day!
  Our wedding was truly a movie and it flowed so well, we also loved that the coordinators worked really well with all our other vendors!
  Thank you so much Aphek, if I could do my wedding again I’d definitely choose Aphek again!!

  Amazing event managing on our special day

  I was impressed with how present the Aphek team were on the day of my wedding and how ready they were to help. On the day of the wedding, the Aphek team were very friendly and joyful. Due to having an italian planner helping with the bulk of the planning, the consultation process with Aphek was primarily focused on handing over contact details of our UK suppliers coming to Italy so that they could coordinate them with them; which was handled well. Feedback from the suppliers was that the Aphek team were professional in checking them in and making them feel welcomed.
  
  In term of my hairstylist and mua, they arrived on time and on schedule as coordinated by the Aphek team, which I was very happy about.
