We first got in touch with Grace Events about eight months before our wedding to agree on terms, and from that very first day until our wedding day, they were absolutely incredible! We had several vendors to coordinate with, plus our church ceremony and reception were in separate locations. There was a lot of logistical work needed to ensure everything ran smoothly and Grace Events delivered flawlessly.
Shola was fantastic throughout, always available to take calls, liaise with our suppliers, and offer invaluable advice on details we hadn’t even considered. On the day itself, the rest of the team (Ruth, Kea, and Ricardo) were amazing! They were proactive, diligent, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
We honestly cannot thank them enough. If you’re looking for outstanding on-the-day coordinators, look no further than Grace Events. Five Stars all round. -

Grace Events did an exceptional job coordinating our weddings. Both our traditional and white weddings were flawlessly executed, and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. They worked diligently with our vendors in the lead-up to the events, ensuring every detail was well-communicated and organized. On the day, their team made us feel incredibly special and truly took care of everything, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. Working with Shola and the Aphek team to coordinate my wedding was a delightful experience! It was such a smooth process and I commend Shola for being so responsive in meeting my needs, answering my questions and managing things so well. In addition to this, she was also very supportive, caring and provided me with options and solutions. All in all, I want to thank the entire team for helping me pull off one of the best days of my life!

We literally had the best day! All our guests loved it, people even want us to reload the day 😂
We appreciate all the hard work from your team from the moment you stepped in until the big day. Thank you for going above and beyond to help us with our vendors and sorting out the things we didn’t notice, for assuring us the day would run smoothly regardless of the issues we were facing.
On the day the team were amazing! Although Hugo and I realised some things weren’t going according schedule due to time etc. The team changed things around to make sure we managed to do everything we wanted plus have more than enough time to party 🥹😭❤️.
