Charlotte’s multicultural background and fluency in four languages enables her to create flawlessly organised events globally, always ensuring they provide once in a lifetime experiences for their clients.
We have planned everything from intimate Tuscan weddings to luxurious birthday parties in London ballrooms, making sure that every single detail is tailored to the needs and tastes of each client. As well as working closely with private clients, La Fête consults for high profile corporate clients’ events, including the Glamour Beauty Festival and The BARDOU Foundation’s International Women’s Day 2018 Gala.

La Fête’s pricing is fully bespoke and tailored to each one of our clients. In order to create the pricing package that best suits your event, we calculate it based on the three indissociable criteria below:
• Planning & Design Fee:
This fee takes into account time, expertise and creativity. It is a flat fee determined by La Fête after the first client consultation and requires to be paid in full at the time of the Contract Signing.
• Production Fee:
This fee covers the logistics and overall organisation of your event. Contracts where La Fête is involved incur a fee of 20% of the total contract amount, but please note that with higher budget events, this percentage can be reduced. 50% of the Production Fee needs to be paid at the project’s half way point and the remaining 50% paid no later than 2 weeks before the event.
• Event Management Fee:
This fee includes the management and execution of your event, particularly in the days before and day of your event. The sum is calculated by guest number, number of venues and dates (Bank Holiday, etc.) and is due 30 days prior to your event date.
We are able to organise any size of event, from an elopement just for the couple, to an 800 + celebration.

At La Fête, we cover all aspects of organising your event, from planning and designing, to event production and management, ultimately making sure that every detail is perfect.
In order to achieve this, we offer new clients a complimentary consultation at a London location of their choice, after which we are able to create a bespoke proposal. We are also happy to travel outside of London and internationally to meet clients, but please note that this would incur an extra charge.
