Amy Roberts is an independent luxury wedding planner who has been curating beautiful events across the UK since 2017. Amy and her team offer a wide range of tailored planning services, including everything from sourcing that all important venue to providing on the day support.
Our full planning service starts at the very beginning of your wedding planning journey. Over coffee, we’ll discuss your ideas and vision in great detail, whilst also getting to know you both. Amy and her team will then wave their magic wands and will bring your vision to life. From sourcing the perfect venue to giving you the nod to walk down the aisle, we are with you every step of the way, providing expert advise, contacts and a friendly face.
Our approach to planning is organised but relaxed. We want you to enjoy all the fun that comes with wedding planning, such as dress shopping and celebrating your engagement, without having to worry about the more mundane tasks, like collecting your guests responses or talking lighting and sound with your production company.

Our partial planning service is tailored to you and your wedding. No matter how far through the planning process you are, Amy and her team are here to step in and provide a helping hand in that final push to the big day. Whether you would simply like us to handle your guest communications or you need help finding the last members of your dream team, we will use our expertise to fine tune your plans, ensuring you enjoy those final months of engagement.
Wedding Day Management
In those final weeks of planning you are going to be so busy with final wedding tasks, such as collecting your dress, ensuring your nails are ‘photo ready’ and remembering to pack for your honeymoon. The last thing on your mind will be discussing logistics with your suppliers and what you are going to do if it rains. This is where Amy and her team step in. Around 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding day, we’ll meet up to discuss all of the plans you have made and how you envision your day running. You can leave the meeting and relax, knowing that we will handle everything. We will then become your personal events team on your wedding day; working with your venue and suppliers to ensure your day is perfect from start to finish.
Planning a wedding is a difficult task at the best of times, but planning a wedding in a different country to where you live is a much bigger challenge. Amy and her team have created a fantastic network of incredible wedding professionals that extends outside of the UK, allowing us to plan that perfect destination wedding for you and your partner, anywhere in the world.

Hi, I'm Amy!
Growing up, my family always knew how to throw a good party! Whether this was a new years bash in my Grandparent's pub, a special birthday, or just because it's Saturday night, us Roberts' know how to party! So it wasn't a surprise to my mother when at the age of 5 I had planned my own birthday party complete with music, decorations, food and of course guests (it's just a shame I didn't tell her about it first!)
Fast forward a few years I was always first in line to plan events at school and Air Cadets and would always ask to be involved with the family shindig planning!
At the age of 20, I became a Wedding Coordinator for a local function hall and the idea for ARW started brewing. With each wedding I coordinated the more I wanted to explore this fabulous industry and the love stories of those getting married.
In September 2016, after planning my first wedding fair, I launched Amy Roberts Weddings and have not looked back since!
With every couple I work with my enthusiasm and interest in all things wedding grows and grows and I hope that I get to continue this fabulous adventure for years to come!
