We had the most amazing experience with Chris as our wedding photographer. He was very responsive from our initial email onwards and it only took a chat over zoom to know he'd be a great fit for our day. He was so warm and friendly that we were immediately put at ease. On the day itself Chris was so helpful in helping things run smoothly and was an invaluable source of wedding know-how. Thanks to his gentle reminders we are able to stick to all the timings planned on the day and get photos of everything we wanted. I cannot overstate how helpful this was on an already manic day! Chris even spotted a rainbow at the end of the night while we were on the dance floor and got us outside for a picture which was amazing. We are so happy with the photos and our whole experience. We had our pre-wedding photo shoot, like an engagement shoot, in early 2020 before the pandemic was announced. Chris is a fantastic photographer who made us feel at ease in front of the lens very quickly. Chris is so friendly and has an incredible eye for seeing shots that turnout to be incredible. We are due to be married with a very small number of guests soon and are hoping to have a larger party to celebrate our wedding when we are able to do so. Chris has been very prompt with correspondence and has very kindly said he would shoot the small wedding and party for the already agreed and very reasonable price. We were thrilled with the results of the pre-wedding shoot and can’t wait for the wedding day!

Chris was so much more than a photographer for our wedding - we knew we needed to book him within five minutes of meeting him. Incredibly friendly, phenomenal photos and super easy to work with. Chris' wedding experience is very clear and he used it through out the day to help in a variety of ways as well as make us feel comfortable with the day (and not just for the photos).

For both our engagement shoot and wedding, Chris turned around the photos on short timescales without losing any of the quality. His documentary style captures all of the moments (including those you didn't notice on the day) whilst giving absolutely stunning photos.

Friends and family have all commented on how great Chris was during the day and we didn't feel like he was intrusive at all. Chris was also very supportive throughout the pandemic with re-scheduling and suggesting that we do our engagement shoot on our original wedding date (his birthday!) - turned a sad day into a great, memorable one.

Chris is a phenomenal photographer. He's really friendly and has now taken our wedding and our son's Christening photos as we love his style so much. He communicates well before the big day, always arrives before he needs to be there, has a great sense of humour, and takes the most amazing candid photos, but also lets me send him a list of staged photos with guests we'd like, so you always end up with a perfect blend of the two! I can't recommend Chris enough, and if you want any special moment in your life captured forever, you're in super safe hands!

Chris photographed our wedding in September and the photos are amazing, he captured our day perfectly! We were planning a small, laidback wedding but we knew we wanted photos to remember and Chris did just that. From the beginning he made us feel at ease, arranging zoom calls to get to know us and what we wanted. Chris was amazing from the start of the day right to the end. He was more than a photographer - but a wedding coordinator. He helped everything run smoothly. We hired Chris to take photos of our special day in August 2022 at a countryside venue in Derbyshire. Right from the word go Chris provided excellent communication and was always happy to offer useful suggestions to help us plan our day. We decided to have the package including two photographers for the day which meant we have amazing professional photographs of both wedding parties getting ready in the morning before the wedding.

We had a number of meeting with Chris during the planning process where he talked us through how the day would run, he was happy to accommodate all specific photo requests as well as coming up with some of his own creative ideas on the day. We made special requests to disappear from the wedding reception during sunset to get some golden hour photographs which we definitely recommend! Chris is very good at making people feel comfortable in front of the camera which results in amazing and natural looking photos and he was really helpful on the day with timekeeping and making sure we were all where we needed to be at the right time.q

We received our wedding photos sooner than expected shortly after our Honeymoon, one thing that we really liked about the online photo gallery is that all of the photographs from both photographers were time stamped, so all of the gallery appeared in chronological order; we could see what each party was doing at the time. Looking through our gallery was like reliving the day all over again! The photos are easy to download and store on an external hard drive and we are hoping to have an album made with Chris in future.

My wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend Chris as a wedding photographer. He is organised, professional, takes time to fully understand the wedding programme, and manages to capture really beautiful moments. We had a great pre-wedding photoshoot - the photos were stunning, and we are eagerly looking forward to our wedding photos. I was particularly impressed by his knowledge of Indian weddings, his ability to just go with the flow, and that magical bride/bridesmaid's bag he carries with him containing bobby pins, scissors, superglue etc. Imagine! Definitely saved some hairdos, outfits and shoes at our wedding!

Chris integrated himself really well into our small wedding of 30 which is not easy! He was great with our shyer guests, blending in and helping them not to feel on show. He was equally good with the children present both when they were unsure of the formal photos and when they wanted lots! Communication has been great throughout the process despite the difficulties of covid. Everything that we asked for was captured in a natural and relaxed way. He took the time to know what we wanted and ensured that we would have reminders of everything important to us for years to come.

Chris makes you feel instantly comfortable in front of the Camera, we went from not kissing in public hardly ever, to being completely comfortable with kissing for photographs. He has some great techniques for genuine laughter and dissolving the awkwardness of gazing into someone's eyes!

I have no idea how he sees the amazing photo potential in everyday life and makes it even more stunning.

Would highly recommend Chris for wedding photography. We met him a few months prior and he knew exactly what we wanted for our smaller, informal wedding day. A few weeks before he also came to meet us at the venue to have a look around. Chris put everyone at ease, including those who dislike having their photograph taken. He helped out massively on the day, fetching me (the bride) a drink and even helping with a tricky dress! We are over the moon with our photographs from the day, and Chris kindly sent us a preview slide show whilst we were on honeymoon only 3 or 4 days after the wedding day which was very exciting and lovely. 5 stars, would recommend!
