We booked our wedding during the first covid lockdown and as soon as we booked our venue the most important thing for us was booking the right photographer.
We did our research and decided to go with Zoltan and honestly we couldn’t be happier that we did.
From day one we had constant contact with him, we had zoom meetings as we couldn’t meet in person and we had frequent emails and messages too.
Myself and my husband had a specific idea in mind as to what we wanted for our photos as after all, they’re the things you keep forever and can constantly look back on in years to come. Zoltan was on board with what we had in mind and having his input made us both so much more comfortable.
Neither myself or my husband are used to being in front of the camera and in all honestly the idea of posing made us both feel a little “silly” but then we did our pre wedding shoot and it was so much fun, Zoltan gave us a few poses to try and then he said to us to just carry on doing what we would normally do together and the photos were just amazing, then we couldn’t wait for the big day as we knew he would capture everything perfectly, and he did.
Next stop was wedding day, Zoltan and his assistant Lilly went above and beyond, they worked all day capturing the most amazing photos of us both getting ready (in different locations) and then they worked throughout the day and well into the evening.
Less than 3 weeks post wedding we had our beautiful images and looking back on the whole day Zoltan had captured the most amazing photos of our special day.
After years of hard work and planning seeing it all come together and knowing that you will keep those images forever was a dream.

When you get married, there are lots of things to worry about, but for us the most important was the supplier that was going to capture the day and immortalise it in photos so we could enjoy it forever.

Trusting Zoltan with that immense responsibility was the very best decision we could have made. Not only is he a phenomenal photographer, but he is also reliable, responsive and just up for giving it a go with whatever strange requests you throw at him. He was genuinely invested in our day, and did everything he could to make sure we captured the moments that mattered, and felt special while doing it. Our engagement shoot was an amazing opportunity for us to get to know him, and vice versa, and learn the techniques that mean you don't waste time on the big day learning to pose. He also warmly welcomed our Labrador to the shoot, meaning we have some really special photos of our 4 legged friend as well.

Zoltan came to our rescue and saved our wedding day when our original photographer let us down at the last minute, and we are so, so grateful that he did, because Zoltan was truly incredible. Despite the last-minute booking, he did everything within his power to ensure we had everything we wanted from our wedding pictures. After spending considerable time choosing a photographer for my daughter’s wedding, I couldn’t be more delighted with our choice of Zoltan / The soul of my lens Photography.

I had an initial meeting with Zoltan and then we did a zoom meeting with my daughter and her fiancée. A few weeks before the big day Zoltan did a pre-wedding shoot with them which was fantastic as it gave them all a chance to get to know each other and practice poses for the actual day. We got over 30 amazing images from this too and it meant on the day it wasn’t a stranger taking the photos.

On the day Zoltan was truly great. With his vast experience of shooting weddings he knew what, where and how to capture some amazing images. He did the obligatory group photos, though it was the candid photos and the couples photos and the smaller more intimate groups that he did which sets him apart from his peers and gave us a truly wonderful set of images which perfectly captured the day.

Zoltan is truly passionate about what he does. He obviously loves photography and really cares about capturing the best images possible and this passion shows in how he shoots and in the fantastic images he creates.

Within a few weeks we had over 600 quality images that we could view on a special web page and then we could download the ones we wanted. The images he captured on the day were superb and he truly captured the emotions of everybody.

Wow! what a photographer. I had used Zoltan about a year ago for puppy pictures of our dog arnie. When we got engaged I knew I wanted him to take our wedding photos. We had the most fabulous engagement shoot at Herstmonceux castle, of course with Arnie the dog :) The photos were just spectacular. When it came to the weddng day, nothing was too much trouble. He drove between my hotel and my husbands to make sure he captured pictures of both of us in the morning. He was so involved in the wedding day and became one of our guests. His photos are breathtaking and I love relooking at them. Perfect photos and the most lovely chap too! You wont be disappointed at all with your choice, book Zoltan now!
