we chose Chris to capture our big day after seeing his amazing Portfolio at the open day for our venue. we knew straight away that we wanted him to capture our special day once we discussed the best time to be married for lighting and photos. After our first meeting at Chris' gorgeous house, we had come up with a plan for the day. Chris was very calming and was able to ease us and direct us when taking photos, as we both have never had professional photos done before. We're both thrilled with the photos we've received and will definitely be including Chris for any of our future events. Thank you again Chris, you are incredible.Chris Smith Photography's reply:

Beautiful Photos by Chris Smith
We had a fantastic experience with Chris! From the pre-wedding video meeting all the way through to the big day, his professional yet warm approach made us feel completely at ease. Chris is a lovely, friendly guy who brought great energy to the day. He captured our wedding beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We would highly recommend booking Chris!

A Fantastic Day Captured
Chris was a warm and welcoming pleasure to work with both prior and on the day of our wedding. Chris’ communication was brilliant and he has a relaxed persona about him and ensures that on the day, you are given the time to enjoy it and not be pressured into having photos galore and be dragged away constantly from the social aspect of the wedding day.
His experience with The West Mill was evident and the photos that he captured of our day was stunning and exactly the kind of photos we had in mind.
We had our dog come for a couple of hours to which we took Chris’ recommendation for chaperone/sitter and he was fully onboard with working with our dog.
Overall, it was an absolute pleasure for Chris to be with us on our day.Chris Smith Photography's reply:

Stunning photography
When we first met Chris he made us feel at ease and very comfortable. He gave us all the information we needed or asked for during our first meeting.
On the lead up he made sure we were happy with everything and were able to give him any inspiration photos we wanted.
He was able to get photos of the groom getting ready and still beat me to the venue where I was getting ready.
Throughout the day he was hard at work, we never noticed him in the way, and he was always prepared for any last minute requests, even leaving his dinner to make sure things were perfect.
His attention to detail was amazing the photos really told a story throughout the day, he stayed late and provided us a photo booth which was incredible and well worth it! We have memories to cherish forever.
If I were to fault anything, I know there were a couple of photo inspiration pictures I had wanted and missed out on and would have liked more photos of our first dance.
Chris is more expensive than some photographers we had looked at but beyond worth it! And the extras he provides are exemplary! - I likely would have spent more to get a cheaper photographer and the same additions.Chris Smith Photography's reply:

Chris was an amazing photographer both at our wedding, and for the post-engagement shoot. Communication was excellent throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Just book Chris Smith!
Chris was one of the best supplier decisions we made for our wedding. A complete professional and so lovely with it! Our wedding day was incredibly rainy so Chris had to be super creative to get all the shots we had planned/discussed with him. The photos document the day perfectly and are something we will cherish forever. -
