About Glasspool Photography

Hi there! I am an experienced wedding photographer based in Oxfordshire. I can also provide portrait and corporate stock photography, having over 10 years of experience in the field. I am particularly passionate about capturing weddings;  producing timeless, creative and unique images that will be treasured forever. I can photograph your wedding day across all of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Berkshire.

I will capture the most important moments from your special day traditionally, with flair and creativity, and in addition I will blend in subtly with your guests, in a non-obstructive manner in order to capture those more subtle and unique one-off moments.

My rates are highly affordable and are time-based including post production in order to keep your budgeting simple and clear. I can also get creative with your photos as shown in my portfolio and add selective colouring or others effects to make your images unique. Contact me to get a quote for your special day or simply for a chat about how I can meet your photographic requirements.

  • "Relaxed, creative and unposed wedding photography"
    Lien on 12 December 2017

We held our wedding at a beautiful venue in the meadows just outside Oxford. A most picturesque location that our photographer Alan took advantage of, taking relaxed atmospheric pictures of both our guests, ourselves and the stunning surroundings. Beforehand Alan had taken the time to listen to our wishes and held true to his promise not to intervene but to take unposed snapshots. One of our wishes was to have a family portrait in which we would be looking out onto the river and the meadows, not an easy task considering there were several babies involved, and the weather was being very temperamental. But Alan stayed good-humoured and patient while trying to gather the whole family gang to take a picture, and the result was spectacular,. I would recommend Alan highly to everyone who dreams of a magical but relaxed wedding and a photographer who can capture true love, friendship and emotion without being intrusive.

  • "Relaxed and fun August 2017 wedding"
    Lydia on 14 November 2017

From the preliminary planning session to the Big Day, Alan was professional and easy to work with. He captured lots of natural moments throughout the day by blending in as well as some staged shots which were expertly orchestrated with good humour. The photos arrived quickly after the wedding and we, our relatives and friends love them - they reflect the day beautifully. Thank you!!
