I booked Kerri for my upcoming wedding in 2025.
Before I had paid in full communication was quick and almost instant. I paid half as part of an offer. This was over a year before my date.
A few days later Kerri contacted me and said if I paid in full I would get an additional offer included. Talked it over with my then fiancé and agreed to pay. As soon as I had fully paid it was as if my booking no longer mattered. I was trying to be organised and asked questions to get a good idea of how it would work and was left waiting 2+ weeks even with chasing up for a response and even then my questions went unanswered. I emailed and stated my concerns regarding communication asked for a better form and was told whatsapp and she was busy due to wedding season which is fair enough but my questions were still not answered. I then waited until 6 months in to email again to ask questions relating to hiw the day would look, timings etc and still barely any of my questions were answered.
Sadly my wedding has now been cancelled and upon emailing Kerri to let her know this I've not even received any form of response back.
The whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth and I would not recommend to book.

Kerri is amazing. She was very professional, friendly and funny. She had everyone relaxed and comfortable. She had some fantastic ideas for beautiful shots. The preview photos are absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to get the full album. I would highly recommend her for your wedding.

You saved our day after being let down with only 3 days to go & well what can we say, you are just phenomenal. From first contact to the day. Amazing!

We really cannot convey how you made us feel, you just blew us away. You put us both at ease, especially as we don’t like having our photos being taken, not ideal for a bride & groom!

Nothing was too much trouble, all of my guests have been raving about you & the relaxed & easy way you were with them.

Our photographs are just beautiful, each one took us back to each special moment.
