How they work
They try to capture as many candid moments as possible including images of both the bride and the groom. In order to get the best pictures, however, they would like to get to know their couples first through discussion, preferably before their wedding day.

A few nice photos but not worth it
Some photos were nice but there were so many missed. There were no natural photos apart from the speech, there wasn’t enough formal photos, no photos of bride and dad, he thought the Grandparent was important so put her in nearly every photo without asking, no photos of the bride with the grooms family, and the group shot at the end he spilt into two families and said there wasn’t enough space to do a whole group of about 70 people in the 11 acres of private land. There were no photos of any guests throughout the day even though we had a receiving line and we didn’t see him after the meal until the first dance. All of this resulted in approximately 200 photos for the whole day. Since receiving our photos, I have looked back at his photos of other weddings and can see he obviously has a rigid set of photos he can do and rarely deviates from it. When we emailed him, all we got were very defensive emails trying to defend himself. This was a professional and I thought it would be rude to tell him what to do but in hindsight I wish I had made a list of what I wanted.
