About The Jazz Lanterns

Performing in London and surrounding areas, The Jazz Lanterns delight audiences with their smooth classics and jazzy reinventions of pop, rock and dance hits. Available as a duo or a quartet and are flexible to suit your requirements.

This talented group of musicians got together over their love of the classics; the likes of Gershwin, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and Nina Simone. It wasn't long before they started crafting out their own arrangements of chart music (think Camilla Caballo, Toploader, The White Stripes and more!) and have a fun and flexible setlist perfect for weddings.

Whether you are looking for beautiful atmospheric music during your drinks reception, a bespoke cover for your first dance, or an upbeat chart-filled setlist for your evening guests - they've got you covered.

    Lovely people, incredible talent

We had the pleasure of hiring the Jazz Lanterns to perform at our wedding.
We spoke with Rosie prior to the event and found her to be really approachable and accommodating. We discussed their set list of songs and requested an original cover of Tonight, Tonight by the Smashing Pumpkins for our first dance. This cover completely blew us away. Rosie’s voice and the arrangement transformed the piece into a soulful intimate ballad that really captured the essence of the original.
They played a variety of styles of music throughout the day creating a perfect atmosphere for our wedding. We loved hearing our favourite pop songs performed as we never could have imagined - with all the style and grace of vintage jazz songs. They also got us all up on the floor dancing during their second, more upbeat set.
They fulfilled all our expectations and beyond adding a fantastic atmosphere to our wedding. I have since recommended them to several contacts and will continue to!
