Hi, I’m Andy Collins. I am a wedding specialist providing premium entertainment to my client’s weddings throughout the UK and abroad. I only ever perform at weddings because they deserve and demand a huge amount of attention, planning and dedication to ensure that your wedding is nothing like your guests have ever experienced before. I use my broadcasting experience from years of presenting on commercial radio to provide you a highly polished professional service.
Finding the right DJ for you will be a minfield and many people believe that all DJs are the same! If this is your belief and are looking to make a decision based purely on price alone then I am afraid that I won’t be the right fit for you.

I am not your average DJ who plays the same music at every wedding week in week out. The entertainment industry is unregulated and anyone can start a business with just a few hundred pounds. Low quality music can be obtained illegally on a hard drive so unlike before the digital era, its now easier then ever to start up. Due diligence is essential to ensure you’ll receive the right entertainment that fits with you.

Since I started my career as a full-time dedicated wedding DJ, I have won 8 wedding industry and business awards. Since 2019 I have decided to remove myself from award events (until I build a new shelf) joking aside, the awards are voted for by my past clients after their wedding, so I hope it goes to show the value that I can provide to both of you.
If your booking a DJ on price alone then I’m sorry I am not going to be the DJ for you. I spend on average in excess of 20-30 hours planning every wedding, the service that I will provide is unique at every wedding that I perform. I don’t just turn up and start playing music! I plan with you every aspect of your wedding so that its personable and unique to you whist providing some nice little surprises that your guests aren’t expecting so that they will remain engaged and focused on your amazing day. For what I provide you along with my dedication, experience and skill that I provide really does represent excellent value for money.
I am not a multi-op or agency so when you book me as your wedding DJ, I am with you from the very first contact right through to the very last dance of the evening. I do have assistants to help with the equipment and additions but rest assured that if you ever have a question or require advise, I am always on hand almost instantly to help wherever I can.
I also own a successful busy events company and photo booth business. This came about from clients asking me about additional services which I used to sub contract. The quality of the products were very much hit and miss, so I started buying additional wow factors and providing them in house, creating a one stop shop of quality entertainment and extras. This has become so successful, I now have dedicated managers overseeing SW1Events, and iBooth Photo booths leaving me to totally focus on your wedding whilst still being able to provide some incredible wow factors to enhance your wedding further.
