Can we include some specific drinks on the bar menu?
Certainly, we will always discuss your tastes and preferences with you when planning your event. The menu can be completely bespoke to your event and your requirements. And if you're not so sure about what makes a good drinks menu then we are always happy to advise.
What drinks can you provide?
We provide a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Depending on the event and our clients' preferences we can supply a wide range of spirits (including gins, gin liqueurs, rum, vodkas), shots, prosecco, wine, draft and bottled beers, mocktails, soft drinks and waters.
I have a colour scheme / styling planned for my event, can you work to individual colours/styles?
Yes, of course, we would be only too happy to work with you to ensure the Box Bar is in line with your event colours and styling.
Do we need to get a licence for the event?
The venue may already have a licence, but if not then we would apply for a Temporary Event Licence on your behalf.
What time can the Box Bar be booked to?
We can be really flexible but it does all depends on what the licence stipulates. If the venue has it's own licence then this will likely state the time that the event will need to finish and we would work back from here with the time the bar would need to finish. If we are applying for a Temporary Events Notice then we will discuss with you first what your preferred timings are.
