Based in Hereford, Herefordshire, Paton Events is a Mobile Bar and Stretch Tent Hire company providing excellent service for weddings and other occasions. We are a family run company by two brothers with a farming background, with a passion for showcasing and supporting local suppliers.

The Rein Inn - Mobile Bar

In 2020, we purchased an old ifor Williams horsebox and converted it into a contemporary mobile bar, complete with a rustic and charming twist. A year later, we added our indoor bar range to our services.

Our bars can provide weddings and events with award-winning gins, vodkas, ciders, beers and more. Both the mobile bar and its staff are included our packages, meaning that couples can enjoy a delicious drink alongside exceptional service as well as some impressive cocktails

Stretch Tent Hire

New to 2025, we are proud to offer our stretch tents. Our prices include rental fee, installation & take down as well as partnering with our bar company and family wedding cake company, to offer different packages.

We have two sizes availble:

1x 12m x 6m - perfect for more intimate wedings or events. Max 50 people

1x 22.5m x 12m - ideal for large weddings or parties. Sapcious enough for tables, dancefloor and bar area. Max 150 people
