How far do you travel to a location?
Our prices includes for travel within 30 miles of our home in the New Forest. We are happy to venture further afield, just ask, a small mileage charge would be applicable.
Do we need to have license for the Bar?
Some venues have their own, however if your venue requires a license, we will handle all this for you.
How many members of staff will be there on the day?
The Trough is staffed by two friendly & professional members of the team. They bring a sense of Trough fun (!) to any event!
Where can The Trough be sited at a venue?
The Trough ideally needs a flat site, with good clear access into, and out again. No low hanging branches please!
Do you need a power supply?
Ideally if you are able to provide an electric socket we can plug into, that is great. The Trough can run completely stand alone from a generator, however this will make a background noise.

Because we love what we do! We love running a fun friendly bar that becomes the cornerstone of the social focal point of your event. Efficient bar service is one of the most important things at a wedding! Nothing worse than thinking you could run the bar better than the person behind the counter S-L-O-W-L-Y making the drinks! So this is why we offer you The Trough to make your wedding go with a swing!

What glassware do you offer?
This depends on you! For outdoor events, we have super quality reusable perspex glasses - you can see them in our gallery pictures. We don't want any boring broken glasses spoiling the fun. If you would rather real glassware we can provide this at a small additional charge. If you want a more festival feel, we have great recyclable paper cups (pints & halves). Paper straws only at The Trough too (in lovely jolly stripes colours!)
