PLANNING

The most stressful part of planning your event is the first stage, planning, and we can help out as much as you’d like to take the stress off. Our team are experienced in all kinds of different events and will take you througha step by step process to organize either just the bar or the entire day to be your guide through the whole planning process.

Our sister business, Barefaced Brewing have a core range of beers that has beer to suit any taste, ranging from a heavily hopped IPA to a cold brew infused Stout. Depending on the date of your event we will also have specials available. Come and taste them at the brewery to pick your favourites.

WINE

We offer packages starting at £10 per head that we customise with you, your caterer and organisers to meet everyone's needs to take the wine off the to-do list. You’ll always have a glass in your hand!

SPIRITS & COCKTAILS

With a vast list of cocktails to choose from and a large number of suppliers, we can get next to anything to serve at your bar. As seasoned bar managers and - cough, drinkers - we like to believe there’s nothing we can’t achieve.

COST

We charge a small hire fee but this comes with an incentive to take the financial stress away from planning your event. When sales have gone past our incentive total, the fee is refunded in full back to you. If your guests have as much fun as we do, your bar is free!!

Our main job is to make sure your guests have fun and to take as much stress away from you on the day. The best mobile bars, we believe, offer as much flexibility as possible because everyone’s day should be unique and bespoke. Both Tom and Nick have run nearly a dozen bars between them in several countries and every style possible. We are in a unique position to deliver you the best service possible for the best price and would love to be a part of your day!

What Services do you offer?

We are primarily a mobile bar service but also offer as much planning assistance as our couples require. We can helkp plan and organise as much as you want us to for your special day to take as much of the pressure off you as possible.

What drinks do you serve?

We naturally have a focus on beer but our team also have wine sommelier training, cocktail experience, barista experience and are pretty miuch obsessed with all things drink related. We have all come from abackground running bars and restaurants so can fulfill any style of bar menu.

How far do you travel?

At present we serve Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire and Hampshire but are game for discussing an event anywhere, let us know where your wedding is and we'll do our best.

How much does it cost?

We take a deposit of £250 to confirm the date belongs to you and nothing else gets booked that day. This mostly pays for the time spent to organise everything necessary. As long as we hit our sales target on the day, we'll return the deposit back to you afterwards, making us a free service.

Do we need an alcohol licence?

No matter where you are getting married you will need one form of a licence yes. Most of the time the venue will have a premises licence. Sometimes if the location is more adventuruous you might need a TENS licence. We can process the paperwork needed to obtain a TENS if you don't want to do it.
