To create your perfect wedding reception, we offer clearspan and petal pole traditional marquees and all the accessories you might need including linings, furniture, lighting, flooring, heaters, generators and toilet trailers.

We are available all year round, so whether your dream is a winter wonderland or a bright and sunny summer affair we can help turn it into reality. Our extensive range of equipment allows you to design your marquee to your exact specifications - right down to the colour of the napkins. 

We can also supply linen, tableware, catering equipment and many other items to complement your plans through our catering hire division, Celebration Event Hire.

We know that your marquee is just one part (although a very important one!) of your wedding and we are equally interested in all the other aspects of your plans to ensure that every service and feature integrates together to produce a seamless event.     I just wanted to write to thank you so much for all your kind help with the wedding last weekend. We had the most magical day and we cannot thank you enough for helping to make it all possible. Your team were so wonderfully helpful on the set up and take down days and everything was just as we hoped it would be. It looked quite wonderful at the point of the wedding.

What is the price of your service?

Every wedding and therefore every marquee is unique so it's hard to give an exact price as everyone's requirements will be different, but as a guide: - 50 guests: £2750. - 100 guests: £3250. - 150 guests: £4500. - 200 guests: £6000. - 300 guests: £9000. These prices include the marquee, lining, carpet, lighting, furniture, dance floor and are inclusive of all installation costs, damage waiver and VAT. If you require other items such as a catering marquee, generator and toilet trailer this would add around £1700 including damage waiver and VAT. What services do you offer?

We have over 20 years experience creating wonderful wedding venues within our marquees. From the moment you first contact us you will experience the difference that we make. To create your perfect wedding, we hire marquees, linings, furniture, lighting, flooring, heaters, generators and toilet trailers. Our clear span marquees are available in 3m, 6m, 9m, and 12m widths and can be joined together to create the space you need. Our Petal style traditional marquee is 12m wide with rounded ends and can be a 12m round, 12m x 18m or 12m x 24m marquee. Whatever your style, from cool and contemporary with an air of sophistication to bunting and vintage with a sense of tradition, our marquees can be adapted to suit your every requirement. We can also supply linen, tableware, catering equipment and many other items to complement your plans through our catering hire division, Celebration Event Hire.

Products available to rent:

Clearspan & traditional pole marquees complete with carpet, lining, lighting, dance floor, stage, furniture, heaters & flooring. We can also provide generators and toilet trailers as well as all the catering equipment, tableware and linen you and your caterers might need.

How far in advance should I contact you?

As soon as you can! The sooner you get in touch the more likely we are to have availability!

Do you have a showroom with examples of the setups?

We don't have any marquees permanently available to view as we build each one specially for every occasion. If you would like to view a marquee please do get in touch as we often exhibit at wedding fairs and can sometimes arrange to meet you at our clients' sites (with their permission of course!). After you have received a quote from us, and before we can accept a booking, we carry out a site visit where you will be able to chat through your plans in much more detail and see many more pictures of our work. Our catering equipment is available to view at our office in Chelworth. If you would like to come in and have a look please do get in touch - we would love to meet you!

Do you have an advice service?

Our friendly team in the office is always on hand to offer free, expert advice for your wedding. Whether it's something big or you're organising the little details we're always happy to chat through your ideas and help you figure out what will work best for your plans. We can also help you to find other local suppliers that we know and trust if you need us to.

What are the forms of payment?

We can take payment by direct bank transfer, debit card or cheque.

What areas do you cover?

We cover Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Bristol, Bath and all through the Cotswolds. If you're not sure if we cover your area just give us a call!

How does it all work?

The whole process might seem a bit daunting at first but we are here every step of the way to make it as easy as possible. First things first - get in touch! You can either give us a call, send us an email or fill out the contact form letting us know the outline details of your wedding. Tell us as much as you can - do you have any colour schemes in mind? Do you prefer round tables or banquet style dining? Do you need a stage or dance floor? This helps us to make our quotation specific to you early on. It's OK if you don't know these details yet - we can still provide a quotation to help you get started. Based on the details you provide we will create a personalised estimate together with a layout for the marquee to show how the space would be used. The estimate is broken down to individual items and includes lighting, carpet and furniture so that you have a good basis for your plans. We will either send the quotation in the post with a brochure or via email. At a convenient time, we then meet you at the marquee site. This enables us to better understand your plans and ideas, and gives us the opportunity to show you many photographs of our work so that you can see the numerous options available and start visualising your marquee – by putting our heads together and discussing all the options, we can ensure the marquee layout works best for the location and your plans. Following this meeting, we will create a new fully itemised quotation and revised layout taking into account everything we've discussed. To secure your booking we then request a 20% deposit. On receipt of this deposit we will send you a full order confirmation. We understand your requirements may change as your plans develop and we can amend the specification as required. We request your final guest numbers 2 weeks before your event and the final amendments are made at this stage. The build team will arrive on site on the agreed built date and at the end of the build, the site manager will walk you around the completed marquee. We ask for final payment at this point. The team then return on the arranged day to dismantle the marquee.

When will you build my marquee?

We normally build on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and dismantle on Mondays and Tuesdays - but that isn't set in stone - we can work to your requirements and restrictions set by your venue, just let us know!

Does my site need to be a perfectly flat field?

No! We know that many sites are not flat open spaces but that isn't a problem. We can provide many solutions to ensure your location is suitable for your wedding. For difficult sites, we would recommend our clear span marquees. These are available in 3m, 6m, 9m and 12m widths and they can be joined together to create different shapes to ensure the best use of the space available. All joints are fully guttered to keep the weather out. We draw a scale layout of the marquee so that you can visualise the space and how it will work for your event. We can incorporate plants, small trees and water features within the marquee. Not only does this maximise the space available, it also makes your venue unique. With the clear span marquees we can install a sub-frame wood floor. This is a steel and aluminium structure that can be built up to take out a slope within a site or create an even surface within fields or paddocks. We also recommend a sub-frame wood floor if the marquee is on a hard standing area as this allows water to flow under the marquee so it won't spoil the party.

Can you work with other structures?

Absolutely. As well as building marquees, we can install the marquee linings within sport halls, village halls, barns and so forth to really transform these into amazing venues. As each building is unique please contact us to discuss in more detail.
