I approached the team with a very loose brief but showed my wedding dress, they type of look and "theme" I was going for and they took that brief and created something completely perfect. Great service very helpful delivering and putting it in place in the venue. Very flexible.

I ordered two bouquets & three buttonholes for my wedding day. They were beyond what I expected! Better. They were a highlight of my day. I loved them so so much. I’d recommend absolutely everyone to Sachi and the Team at Resoria. Thank you so much.

Had a bouquet for myself and two bridesmaids, buttonholes for father of bride, groom and best man and table decorations for 6 tables. Really easy service, Rie was really responsive to all my thoughts and replied to everything very quickly. She even provided extra buttonholes free of charge. The flowers were beautiful, just what we wanted.

Rie ignored agreement for my bouquet, including flowers expressly banned, invoiced me for gardenia I wanted and put in table top roses although I asked for a small but fully bloomed look. Wrong colour ribbon with black tape showing. Flopping before service ended..my husband's buttonhole didn't even make it to the ceremony but we left it on photographer said he could work with it. Really sad, mum was the only person given a corsage and I said special elegant, roses. More tiny table roses and wild blooms I always said no to. Hers was dead by lunch. My husband had to run it across town on foot as Rie hid it under my bouquet and didn't deliver to venue. She made a message of every special job. She claims my bouquet is lopsided and too late as she used up the primary flowers on tables. It was a small wedding, and we were not asked for a budget as we were happy to pay for the best although not big quantities. Rie has no apology. She lied, invoiced and did not supply I'm guess on cost, I do not do the accounts but was allowed whatever I wanted.

Rie was absolutely amazing from the start to the end of our wedding. The communication is spotless. She was very clear, understanding and flexible, no hidden fees, and always gave helpful and honest advise. On the wedding day, she was one of the most stress-free suppliers. The presentation of the flower arrangements were spot-on, exactly what I was looking for. It was truly fantastic go have her in the wedding team, highly recommend!

Rie and the team at Resoria did an incredible job with our flowers for our wedding at beautiful Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond. After one email she made a mood board which perfectly reflected what we were looking for. On the day they took care of everything and were incredibly professional and kind. We chose Rie to do our floristry for our wedding at Kew Gardens in July 2023 and she did a wonderful job. She really understood what we were hoping to achieve and came up with some lovely ideas that helped to make our day incredibly special.
