    Wedding flowers beyond my expectations

    Discussing my vision for wedding bouquet and arrangement was great. I went to one of the locations to meet a florist as well and go through the details. On the day when they arrived, I was completely blown away. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and it kept for about 2-weeks following the wedding. Definitely one of my favourite parts of the day was my flowers. Thanks so much xx

    AWFUL!!! Worst experience ever

    Awful experience!!! We firstly contacted the flower station in March to request my wife wedding bouquet and buttonhole for our wedding day on August 20th. We wanted for my wife a cascade bouquet with white flowers and three sunflowers. We agreed on collecting the flowers ourselves the day before. Once at the flower station, the flower bouquet was everything but close to the picture provided. It wasn’t a wedding bouquet. It had broken flowers and leaves which also had spiderwebs on. When we showed the picture sent as guideline the florist present in the store acknowledged that the bouquet was not the required one. Kindly the florist contacted the HR sending pictures of the bouquet. I was asked to speak with the HR lady who at first was looking to send a florist to correct the bouquet. Hours goes by and no one comes. It’s almost midnight when David, the flower station owner calls and communicates that he is currently on holiday, he spends time telling my wife how a bride to be should feel the day before the wedding and that the whole wedding is such a magical experience, basically lots of unsolicited noce words who made us waste additional time. however he was not willing to help. He asked my wife how we should feel about asking a florist to come to work so late in the evening and that the only thing he was willing to do was to refund me for the bouquet. For David, the customer service doesn’t exist and if you have an issue they simply wash their hands off. Luckily, the two florists present in the store at the time who apparently were not qualified for bouquet helped and created from scratch a new bouquet. If wasn’t for these two guy my wife would have walked down the aisle empty handed. These guys who had zero obligation towards us helped way more than the “owner” and the “HR” people we have spoken with. I will never stop to thank the guys on the night shift on Friday 19th of August but seriously Flower Station, you do not deserve such great employees with such awful management above. Consider 100 times before relay on the Flower Station company for important events. They don’t know how to provide good service without stealing your money and time.

    Dear Vittoria and Manuel,

    On behalf of the whole Events Team, we are extremely saddened to read your review and hear that you have been disappointed with our company, despite doing everything we could to make you happy.

    You contacted us on the 28th of March, inquiring for a cascading bridal bouquet, along with a photo of the design to your liking, given as a guide and tailored to your requirements, which were mainly white flowers, a touch of yellow roses, three stems of sunflowers and foliage. During our correspondence, all those details have been ironed out and confirmed by yourself on 31st of March and we believe we matched the brief as exactly as possible.

    Unfortunately, by the time you arrived to collect the goods, our event florists have already finished their shifts. Our Director contacted you personally, whilst on holiday because he could sense your frustration and had solutions, although it was 2am, his local time. Your wedding was taking place in London at 9am, the following day and we offered to make a new bouquet by 7.30am, as our florists start at 6am. They mostly live a long way from our store and this is why it was not possible to wake them up after midnight and make them come in at that very moment. Any earlier and at any time, any other of our florists would still be available and this would have been dealt with extremely easily.

    At the end, our late night staff have created an entirely new bouquet, with no additional charges and by the look of the photo of the bride and the bouquet made, they did very well, remained polite and as accommodating as they could be in the circumstances.

    I feel obliged to attach photos – the one you initially sent to the Events Team and the bouquets created, as we do not want to leave wrong impressions. The picture sent for guidance is on the left, the bouquet made is on the right and the last picture is of the second bridal bouquet.

    After taking all these factors into consideration, I am afraid in this occasion we do not feel the review is justified and fair. The bouquet was nicely arranged and is meeting the Flower Station standards in terms of quality.

    Beautiful flowers

    A gorgeous bouquet - exactly what I'd asked for.
    It lasted 10 days afterwards too.

    I gathered quite a few London quotes and Flower Station was the most reasonable - and I think they did as good a job as they others would have done. The flowers were delivered to the venue on time and looked amazing.

    Highly recommended.

    Swift delivery and beautiful flowers

    Booked FS for complete wedding with around 120 people for my brothers big day. Installation on set and removal service was also provided at an adequate cost. Flowers were stunning, the delivery team and the florist were on time. Overall very pleased with the whole experience. No pressure!

    Happy with the Flowers

    We sent them a few photos of what we wanted, and they produced more or less exactly what we asked for, with basically the same flowers in the photos best as I could tell. It was relatively easy to deal with them. Guests were impressed. Prices Flower Station offered for the same product were much more affordable, and we were really happy with the results.

    St. George’s Day Wedding

    Dear Jodie,

    Thank you so much for organising the 20 red rose buttonholes. They were beautiful (I’ve still got one on my desk which hasn’t wilted yet!) and certainly made everyone’s outfit look truly special. Thank you as well for delivering them with plenty of time and not causing me any stress on the day.

    The Perfect Wedding

    Dear Raluca,

    I hope you are well and had a lovely new year?

    Rupert and I are back from our very short honeymoon and we wanted to write to you to thank you so much for our absolutely exquisite wedding flowers. They completely surpassed our expectations, and you somehow knew exactly what I wanted without me really explaining! You are such a talented florist and we really do wish you all the very best for the future.

    The whole team were so seamless at getting everything done on the day - we were completely mesmerised by it all! I absolutely adore my bouquet (it is still just about alive!) and the chapel flowers were simply stunning. Our guests could not stop commenting on how amazing the flowers were.
    Of course we will absolutely be recommending you and your team to all of our friends who are getting married in the future.

    Our beautiful wedding flowers

    Thank you so much for all your help with the flowers - the bridal flowers were stunning and just what I had imagined, the button holes were so elegant (and the spare came in handy when the Best Man broke his ahead of the ceremony) and Sunbeam Studios looked spectacular!
