We enjoyed our lessons. Our instructor was very friendly, and flexible.
We would recommend the service.
But our only itch is that we only realised on our wedding day that some of the moves we learned did not work well with my type of wedding dress. Luckily we got some privacy to practice our dance hours before the time with my dress on and found that I could not perform the spin-out the same way as in practice and keep the timing. I initially got really stressed out, but we modified the moves, rather than cancel our dance.
Otherwise, the dance practice experience was smooth.All Steps First Dance's reply:
Thank you for your feedback, really appreciate it. It’s a good idea to practise the dance with a similar long/big general dress/under skirt in rehearsal if you know you have a dress that would restrict a movement in a wedding dance. Thank you for letting us know and glad it went well overall

Lessons for our first dance at wedding
First class instruction and venue. Went at the correct pace and allowed us to adapt to match our own expectations and needs. It obviously worked as we nailed it on the day. Made it that more special rather than just swaying in the middle. -

We had booked dancing lessons for our wedding dance. We did not have much experience dancing. Our instructor Lucy had put together a choreography for us to the song we wanted as our first dance. We had fun learning it and our guests loved the dance at our wedding.All Steps First Dance's reply:

AllSteps were a great company to go with for lessons for our first dance. They found a teacher who was fairly close to us, and she provided us a tailored routine that suited our skill level and our song! The lessons were supportive and gave us a great confidence boost ahead of our wedding. We felt that the cost was good value for money as well. -

Cara is the best dance teacher ever! Wedding dance
We cannot recommend All Steps First Dance- Cara enough for anyone preparing for their wedding dance! From the very first lesson, she made us feel comfortable and confident, even though we had no prior dance experience. Her patience and ability to break down the steps made learning so enjoyable.

She helped us choreograph a dance that perfectly suited our personalities and our chosen song, making it feel uniquely ours. Her encouragement and positive energy turned what could have been a stressful experience into one of our favorite wedding preparations.

The moment Ellie arrived, we instantly felt at ease.
She listened to what we wanted to achieve for our first wedding dance and it couldn't of gone any better.
Ellie was professional, approachable and so very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does.
The whole experience was 5* right in the comfort of our own home.
