Charles Burns, aka the Roving Artist is one of the more interesting artistic entertainment providers in Reading, Berkshire, with a unique sensibility and creative intent all his own.

Silhouette are small, black cameo portraits. Traditionally cut freehand with scissors, that were very popular throughout England and America in during the Georgian and Regency period. Silhouette cutting is both a unique form of artistry and unexpectedly entertaining. Each portrait takes just a minute ot two to cut out.
