The team at Richardson Event Hire strive to go above and beyond for their clients. All of their tableware is hand-washed before being industrially cleaned in pure water to ensure a sparkling finish. Couples can curate their ideal theme and aesthetic for their occasion thanks to the extensive decor and furniture collection offered here. A sample of available items includes serving tents, charger plates, candlesticks, drinks dispensers, linens, dancefloors, and so much more. Couples are welcome to visit the company’s showroom to meet with their friendly team and browse the available products.

How far in advance should I contact you?

For large events, especially in the summer season, it's recommended that you contact us a year before the wedding. We can often accommodate smaller or winter weddings at short notice

We cover all of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire (as far south as Trowbridge and Devizes), Bath, Bristol and West Oxfordshire

How do you work?

Our website shows information and prices for all of our products - we also have a showroom in SN16 9XY. We provide an itemised quote and request a 20% deposit. Hire prices include cleaning

Operating hours:

We are open from 9am - 5pm but often later in the summer

What are the forms of payment?

Payment can be made by BACS or by card over the phone. We don't take American Express

Friendly and professional

Every time I spoke to someone at Richardson Event Hire, they were friendly and really professional. They answered all the questions I had and made suggestions when I was out of my depth. The furniture, linen and crockery they supplied was really high quality.

They Stood Out

We cannot praise Richardson’s too highly for the service we received. Of all the people involved in the wedding day, they stood out for their professionalism, their kindness and the level of support they provided. Nothing was too much trouble, however many times our specifications changed. They were prompt and highly efficient in erecting and dismantling the marquee and it looked just perfect on the day. The undoubtedly contributed to making the day as happy as it was.

Everything was just as we hoped it would be
