The team works tirelessly to help you create your vision; hiring tables, chairs, linen, tableware and kitchen equipment, along with dance floor, stage and bars for a complete package.
Remember that we are one of the few companies in the area that include the cleaning costs within your hire charge, meaning there are no hidden charges and no surprise bills after your event.

We do! Our showroom in Chelworth is open for you to view our equipment during office hours Monday to Friday. We can also meet you in the evening or on the weekend by appointment.
Our team in the office is always on hand to offer free, expert advice for your wedding. Whether it's something big or you're organising the little details we're always happy to chat through your ideas and help you figure out what will work best for your plans.
We can take payment by direct bank transfer, debit & credit card (not AMEX) or cheque.

The whole process might seem a bit daunting at first but we are here every step of the way to make it as easy as possible.
First things first - get in touch! You can either give us a call, send us an email or fill out the contact form letting us know the outline details of your wedding. Tell us as much as you can - do you have any colour schemes in mind? Which range would you prefer? This helps us to make our quotation specific to you early on. It's OK if you don't know these details yet - we can still provide a quotation to help you get started.
Based on the details you provide we will create a personalised estimate. The estimate is broken down to individual items to help you see exactly what you're getting.
To secure your booking we then request a 20% deposit. On receipt of this deposit we will send you a full order confirmation.
We understand your requirements may change as your plans develop and we can amend the specification as required. We request your final guest numbers around a week before your wedding and the final amendments are made at this stage.
