We hired the giant Love letters for our wedding on Friday 10th June. I was overwhelmed with how beautiful they made the venue look, during the day they were elegant and provided wonderful photo opportunities and in the evening we had our first dance in front of them and it was just magical! Enquire through hitched, via our website or email/call us directly. We will check our availability for your special day and discuss your quote with you to get you booked in.
We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, Your remaining balance is then due 14days before your big day!
We have liability insurance to cover up to £10million. We will happily provide certificates to your venue if they require them.
yes, all our equipment is PAT tested annually. We can supply proof of our certificate to your venue upon request.
We can move your booking to an alternative date free of charge. Unfortunately if you have to cancel the booking the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
We will send you a booking form to be completed. This includes where you want your items et up, delivery and collection times and your venue contact information. We take care of the set up during the time you have listed on your booking form so you can enjoy your day without worrying about delivery.
Yes, we will be in touch with your venue 14days prior to your big day to discuss the set up & collection of your event. This also enables your venue to request any information they require.
We offer free delivery within 30 miles of our base in Luton. Outside of this is charged at 0.80p per mile there and back.
Once you have enquired and decided to book with us, we will set up your booking in our planning system. We will then send you log in details to access your booking. Once you've ensured your details are correct you can secure your booking on the 'Make a payment' page which will link you to Paypal. Alternatively we accept BACS transfers and the payment details are available on your booking information.
