We are so happy that we chose Jess as the celebrant for our wedding. When we met for the first time, we immediately felt comfortable with her and had a great conversation. In the months leading up to the wedding she kept us updated and gave us helpful advice and guidance, but never made us feel pressured or stressed. When it was time to meet again and talk more about our story, we had a nice friendly meeting in a pub garden on a sunny Saturday afternoon and had a great time. She’s so much fun to talk to we felt we could have stayed there all day just chatting away. The script she created was the perfect balance of fun and serious, and was just right for our personalities. The entire experience was exactly what we’d hoped for. Jess was such a special part of our big day and we highly recommend her for any event!
Here we are the morning after a day of magical memories. I wanted to say a very heartfelt thank you to Jess for relaying such a beautiful ceremony. You managed to say so much, and so delicately, it was the part of the day which brought everyone together. We thank you for your attention to detail, kindness and professionalism and your generosity is truly humbling.
Thank you for making dreams come true. W & E x
I meet with you and then write unique, bespoke ceremonies which really reflect you as a couple, with no rules or regulations. Unlike using the registration service, your ceremony can be held anywhere, at a venue of your choice licensed or not.
I will be a friendly face waiting for you at the end of the aisle, rather than an unknown registrar who you would not have met before the day of your ceremony.
A registrar is a government official and can perform ceremonies only in venues licensed for marriages using specified contractual wording to legalise it. No spiritual or religious content can be used and they are bound by tight time constraints. They are there to undertake a legal contract.
Celebrants are there to tell the world what you mean to each other and get your celebrations started in style!
Sometime before your Pomp and Ceremony wedding ceremony, you can go to your local register office and legalise your marriage.
I'm an ex registration officer so I can advise you and tell you exactly how to do it.
Your ceremony should reflect you as a couple.
Whatever your choose to include wether it's a traditional hand fasting, your beloved pet dog presenting the rings or a fun singalong, your ceremony is designed and delivered just as you wished
Yes! Liaise with your venue and me to ensure your rehearsal date can be accommodated.
YES! Love is love is love.
I have bases in The Cotswolds and Devon and cover the whole of the South West. Anything outside of this area may incur a travel charge. Just ask!
