Circa Events prides itself on offering our clients a flexible approach to their Wedding Breakfast, whether that be a Four-Course Dining Experience with delicate canapes, or a 'family share' BBQ served on boards with colourful salads in bowls.
Our Menu will give you a few suggestions on menu for the day, starting with our delightful canapes, your main wedding menu, indulgent desserts followed by our quirky options for evening food. Maybe you are considering something a little different, featuring sharing boards for guests to tuck into on each table, or you want a fine dining experience with michelin inspired dishes; our Head Chef will work with you both to create something wonderful that you and your guests will be talking about for years to come.
All our ingrediants are sourced from the very best Sussex Butchers, Cheesemakers and Farmers - in fact our Kitchen is on a farm just outside Brighton! Wherever possible, we use free range, organic and quality assured produce in all our recipes, we recycle all cardboard and glassware, and this winter we're going straw-free! Any dietary requirement or consideration can be provided at no extra charge, we also have a full childrens menu for you to choose from. We're known for being a little quirky and creative in our menus, from Asian influences on our Scotch Egg dish, to our original Wood-Fired Pizza Van, we'll offer a range of options to best suit your tastes and ideas for your event.

Circa Gelato Bike: Why not do something different for your canape reception or even dessert? Our Bespoke Gelato Bike was made on our Farm, serving six flavours of famous Boho Gelato with cups, cones and sprinkles!
Circa Pizza: Handmade on our Farm, we're very proud of our Pizza Van creation. On the back of a cattle truck, our Clayburn Oven fires up to 900C to create crisp pizza perfection on your big day. Rolled, topped and served on site at the venue of your choosing
Circa Street Van: Travelled the world and want something really funky for your guests to enjoy in the evening? Presenting our Street Food Van! Choose three different dishes from around the world or 'theme' the van to the menu of your choice

Circa was born in 2000 when we opened our first restaurant, 'Circa' in Lewes, we've been working on events ever since! Our Team led by Executive Chef Justin Gilham has a wealth of experience working closely with clients on weddings and events at a variety of venues all across the UK. The Circa Management Team have been delivering well run and expertly planned events for years, from wonderful weddings to large corporate do's. Their meticulous attention to detail, advice and enthusiasm will give you the confidence to plan the event you have dreamed of, from your first email till the last person leaves the dancefloor at the end of the night! Be it a marquee venue, where you want the reassurance someone is looking after you and your guests, to a private dining experience with your own personal event coordinator, we'll be there for guidance a little or as much as you'd like throughout the planning process to the day itself.
