About Caviar & Chips

Caviar & Chips provide bespoke food and drink catering for bride and grooms to-be who want to share their love of food with their friends, family and guests on their wedding day.
 
We can take care of as much or as little as you like during your day, so that you feel you have complete control and input into how your catering will be shared with your guests. Our approach is to make the planning process as easy as possible and we put your ideas at the very start of crafting food and drink menus together.  We put great emphasis on the menu tasting where we discuss ingredients, seasoning, presentation and timing to make sure everything is just how you imagined for your wedding breakfast.
 
Whether your catering is indoors or outdoors, at a venue or under a marquee or yurt, we can bring all of the equipment and service you need to bring your favourite dishes together.  We can cater for champagne receptions with canapes, three or five course menus with matching wines or more informal formats with sharing platters or relaxed evening food inspired by your favourite holidays or restaurants.  
 
As well as our creativity with food, we're also known for our exciting drinks bars, particularly with our converted gin piano with a selection of over 300 gins, rums and whiskeys to choose from.

Can we provide tableware, glassware and cutlery?

Yes. Tableware, glassware and cutlery are included in our service. We can provide everything you'd expect to be able to enjoy your food and drink and we can source individual styles and themes and suggest different formats of service.

How do we plan our menu?

The easiest and most enjoyable way is to get together and talk about all the food and drink you love and the different ideas you have for your day. We then go away and craft a menu and itinerary for you. We then refine the menu based on your feedback and when you feel that you're close to a final menu, we'll prepare a menu tasting for you. This is your chance to try everything on your menu and ensure that you're completely happy with each and every detail.

Can we cater for different dietary requirements?

Absolutely. We can prepare delicious vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menus and cater for dietary requirements and intolerances that you and your guests may have. We discuss all of these things as we develop your menu, but always prepare for any surprises on the day that may have been missed by your guests!

How do we cater if the venue doesn't have a kitchen?

We have our own production kitchen where we can prepare our ingredients and dishes; and on the day, we can bring our own kitchen equipment to your venue so that we can prepare your menu exactly how you planned. When we plan your menu we visit your venue and assess everything that you might need, so you don't need to worry about dealing with hiring equipment.
