Our Catering Service has grown organically since opening in 2011, mainly from word of mouth recommendations from our clients. We pride ourselves on our well-sourced, local, seasonal food, delicious flavours and a team of passionate and experienced foodies.
Although this award-winning company was established in 2011, it’s wedding journey commenced in 2015. Since then Ross and Ross Events have won numerous awards for its fantastic food and high-quality service. A recent achievement was being nominated as a 2018 Regional Finalist in The Wedding Industry Awards.
We have a simple, uncomplicated approach to wedding catering. Whether it be a relaxed Sharing-Board Supper, a Five Course Feast, or our brilliant Festival-Style BBQ, everything centres around three things: seasonal produce, quality ingredients and making your day personal, memorable and unique! We work with you to create bespoke menus tailored to your wedding preferences; how much you would like to spend, numbers, venue and season. We also have a bar service and can offer a fully functioning bar at your event including a cash bar, dry hire or pre-paid depending on your requirements. We have a number of options to offer cocktail packages, reception drinks and table wine.
Ross and Ross Events are recommended caterers across several Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire venues including Cornwell Manor, Sulgrave Manor, The Barn at Upcote, Oxleaze Barn, Rhodes House, Manor Farm Barn, Sezincote Estate, and Newington House.

We are now back from honeymoon and wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for the service you provided. From our first interaction you and the team have been faultless and made the catering one of the most stress free aspects of the wedding. The food on the day was fantastic and more than we could have hoped for – people are still mentioning how much they enjoyed it.
Ross and Ross really did help to make it such a special day and we wish we could do it all again – so look out for an email!
Our Head Chef Ross will work personally with each client to suggest dishes that suit all dietary requirement needs.
Of course! We can do tastings sessions for you to help you to you decide on your final menu. As well as helping you to arrive at your menu choices, this will give you a good idea of portion size and presentation.
We have a two course children's menu offering a choice of dishes for under 11s, but we are happy to work with any other ideas you might have.
With your wedding being held in a marquee we can make arrangements to bring all of the kitchen equipment (ovens, hot plates, gas, sinks, fridges and freezers as required) to cater for your guests. We would require a catering tent which would be organised by your marquee company.
The cost of all your table settings will be included in your quote. Our table setting costs include standard cutlery, crockery, glassware, serving crockery and utensils, linen tablecloths and linen napkins. If you have something particular in mind we could source this for you.
If you would like to offer your guests an option then we offer a choice of two starters, three main courses and two desserts . These would need to be pre-ordered by your guests and given to us 30 days in advance of your wedding date to allow us to source the ingredients and confirm any dietary requirements.
We try to limit our travelling time to an hour - but there are always exceptions to the rule! We have covered events in Portsmouth, Essex and Derbyshire - so please ask!
