The team considered options for starting their own business, though none lit the spark they were hoping for, until a great trip to Belgium and several steak suppers later. The team's passion for the outdoor life, eating and V Dub vans led them almost accidentally into Arturo’s little vintage Renault Estafette path, after which everything else followed quite naturally to create their fantastic kitchen on wheels.
