Edward James was born out of a passion for the catering industry, from the two brothers, who bring different talents to the business. Two brothers, one vision. The brothers have over 35 years catering experience and 15 years’ experience in running a business, producing home weddings, hog roasts and bbq’s as well as other events for the past 5 years covering a multitude of different venues in East Anglia and London.
They are a family run catering and events company covering Essex, Suffolk and London. They cater for every event from birthday parties to weddings no matter how big or small. The team will help you any way they possibly can. The services they offer include canapes, bowl food, afternoon tea, set menus finger buffets, hot & cold fork buffets, BBQ menu, hog roast menu, homemade sausages and a sweet list.
Edward James offers brides and grooms delicious cuisine for their big day. Owner and Executive Chef Jonathan Edward Cutts and Ashley james Winsbury-Cutts offer buffet options such as lamb or chicken curry, lasagne, Shepard's pie, beef bourguignon, fish pies and various side dishes.
