From my first conversation with Clean Slate I knew that I would be in excellent hands for a family wedding. This proved true with many guests saying it was one of the best catered dinners they had been to. Mainly I noticed how everyone listened to exactly what I said I wanted and then smoothly and with little fuss, put it into action. Fish for 90, perfectly cooked and still hot, carried across a garden before serving cannot be easy to achieve. I would be happy to recommend Clean Slate and would certainly use them again.
I have used this catering Company led by Milly Fortune on various occasions. The first time was for my daughter’s wedding. She was professional, trustworthy , reliable, and importantly, flexible. Her menus show inventiveness and flair AND are absolutely delicious. The portions are spot on. Her waiting and bar staff are discreet and efficient. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
