Iced Innovations is run by baker, cake decorator, and expert in sugarcraft, Erica. Erica is a warm, friendly person who is passionate about her work and will work closely with you to create your dream wedding cake.
Using the finest ingredients, Erica will bake you a delicious cake, available in a variety of classic flavours like fruit cake, and Victoria sandwich, as well as more unique flavours like passionfruit, lemon and elderflower, and champagne and strawberry.
If you have any dietary requirements to cater for, Erica is happy to make gluten-free, dairy free, or eggless cakes.
Erica can create naked, semi naked, buttercream and royal iced cakes, and will tailor the design bespoke to you. Whether you are envisioning a cute and quirky design, or a sophisticated, elegant design, Erica has it covered and strives to exceed your expectations.
Erica came to our rescue when our original plans for our wedding cake fell through a few weeks before the big day. She was able to arrange to see me to discuss our needs and plan the perfect cake for us. We wanted a cake that was personalised and creative that would be a memorable high point on our day, and to this end Erica surpassed even our wildest dreams. Every minor detail of the cake was done to absolute perfection - the worst part of the day was having to cut the cake! Not only was it presented immaculately but it tasted amazing too! We deliberately ordered a larger size than we ‘needed’ and were thus able to take a good portion of leftover cake on our honeymoon to enjoy every single evening there too. I always try and work within your budget. Price you pay depends on the size and amount of detail on your cake.
Yes, I offer wedding favours too, including iced biscuits, macarons, cupcakes and cake pops
6 to 12 months is usually fine but I do get booked up quickly during the summer months. If you are not sure what you want you can always pay a small deposit to ‘save the date’
Yes, I always prefer to deliver and set up your wedding cake myself.
Payment is mainly taken via bank transfer
