Vicki did an amazing job with our wedding cake. It was everything we wanted inside and out! She is a true artist and we cannot recommend her more. Needless to say there wasn't a crumb left uneaten! -

Vikkis cakes are amazing , a delight to look at and taste as good as they look with a great selection of flavours of cake which really are a taste sensation something for everyone’s palet . My personal favourite is her carrot cake and her chocolate cake. The cakes Vikki made for me she had free rein on and going by just what I liked Vikki produced a masterpiece. Couldn’t have been happier at my wedding cakes. Her attention to detail is so professional that I thought the flowers on my cake were real but no … made from sugar paste !!! Amazing -

We can not recommend Vikki enough! She went out of her way to become available on the day of our wedding, kept in regular contact and produced the most delicious cake we've ever tasted. We had a 3 tier Wedding cake (all different flavours) and there was absolutely none wasted! We would not hesitate to use The Mouse & The Cake again! Thank you so much! -

Vikki and I had several creative consultations to discuss the wedding theme. The colours, aesthetic and design and my preferences were all taken into account. Once we finalised on those elements we were able to sample a range of her delicious cakes. We chose chocolate and a Caribbean fruit cake. We enjoyed getting updates on how the fruit cake was maturing! On the day Vikki travelled to come and assemble the exquisite 5 tired ivory wedding cake. Each layer was beautifully hand crafted and included designs from my wedding invitations which was a lovely element. We were totally blown away and made the bride cry her first tear of the day! I cannot praise her professionalism and high level of skill enough! The cake was the literal "icing on the cake" on our special day. -

Outstanding!
Incredible cakes! We were so lucky to have Vikki make our delicious 5 teir wedding cake! We had lemon chocolate and the most devine fruit cake that I even wrapped up and took on honeymoon! Vikki spent so much time designing our cake which was a detailed match to our wedding invitations and just looked stunning at our black and white themed wedding. I honestly cannot recommend her and her cakes enough. You won't be disappointed. -
