We chose Gemma to do our cake for our wedding 2 weeks ago. We wanted very plain, deep elegant tiers which were sleek, clean and crisp with just our Monogram in icing on the front and what we got was a STUNNING cake. The pictures do not do it justice, we had so many of our guests ask if it was real as it was iced to perfection and even the staff at Hazelgap said what a beauty it was. We expected to be eating cake for weeks as it was very large but we were left with about a 5inch piece. All evening we could hear people saying “have you had some cake it’s amazing”. Thank you so so much Gemma. You let me change my mind then change it back again several times and never once made me feel like I was being a pain. I’m desperately trying to think of a reason to order another cake so we can have another Lemon one. Thank you thank you thank you. You are now our friends and families favourite cake maker xxx -

Gemma was absolutely fantastic! We were in a position where we had been let down by a previous cake supplier less than two months to our wedding day (Panic!)
Gemma was so quick to respond to let us know that she would be available to produce our wedding cake.
We knew what we had in mind in terms of cake design however Gemma provided some really great ideas to take the design to the next level whilst keeping in theme of the wedding which was 1920’s Gatsby-Esque.
I can’t express how great full we are, as the cake was absolutely beautiful and Gemma was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Wedding cake
I gave Gemma my idea of an afternoon tea themed cake for our wedding.
The cake was everything and more than I expected, it was perfect!
After our ceremony, I couldn’t wait to see the cake.

After seeing from the hart cake creations on face book I knew I wanted her to do our wedding cake even before we booked our wedding.
I would 💯 recommend from the hart cake creations, not only was the cake absolutely stunning and exactly what we had discussed it tasted amazing. We chose chocolate and it was delicious and our guests commented how nice it tasted.
Due to covid our wedding was changed several times and these dates were honoured each time even though it must have been a tough year for small businesses such as this, she went out of her way sending designs and altering things to suit our budget.
I can’t fault anything at all from start to finish. Xx -

I would highly recommend Gemma. She did an amazing job on my wedding cake. There is nothing she won't try and all of her cakes turn out beautiful.
